Traveling from Louisville KY to Indy where I originally bought the car I had hoped they would fill my almost empty gas tank. I had some repairs that I had to pay for and hoped they would add gas to bill. I am no longer familiar with Indianapolis And was so worried I would run out of gas aNd be stranded alone in that area trying to find the nearest gas station. The nearest one was about 2.6 miles away and I was given directions by the service department and had asked if they could fill it up but I still wish they would’ve accommodated that small request.

This vehicle has met our needs and then some. We feel blessed to have this vehicle. It runs great. We like the extras that it has
Great customer service! Pleasant environment and friendly people. All service options were explained to me in detail by Marshall. This made my decision much easier. A dealer is only as good as its service dept.
Love this car and can go anywhere in it.

This car does everything I need it to do and is great on gas without losing the speed I need. I love that my German Shepherd can fit in here with no problems.
I cannot say enough about our experience at Andy Mohr Buick in Fishers, Indiana. Our car was totalled due to an accident and we were hurriedly forced into used car searching. We chose to visit Andy Mohr due to their quick response to an email inquiry and the kindness of Carmen, our first contact. She responded to us within two minutes of our inquiry. We then worked with Evan who carefully considered our concerns and budget and showed us only appropriate vehicles. No pressure! He adjusted to our schedule and met with us twice in one day. We felt so comfortable, welcomed and confident in our conversations that we bought a car that night. Hats off to Andy Mohr!

I traded a 2006 Focus on my 2012 Ford Explorer Limited 2.5l 4 cylinder 6 Speed AWD Auto and so far so good. It's completely loaded except it doesn't have nav or the V-6. One owner with 146,657 miles. (Which coincidentally is the exact same mileage I bought the 2006 focus 2.0 with 4 years ago) hard to believe but the Escape gets 22.3 miles per gallon average for me, but the focus only got 21.0. The six-speed automatic makes all the difference i guess. I haven't been able to test the air conditioning yet as it is winter time so I can't report on that. But when I can report is this vehicle a month shy of 7 years old with 146 k on it runs and drives almost like a brand new car. It's going to need tires in a couple months but the tires that are on it are worn very evenly, and here's the best part and the main reason I bought the vehicle ..I could Not find one single thing wrong with it! (and I looked at over 15 vehicles before my purchace every single one of them had at least four or five issues). No shakes no check engine lights brakes are smooth. It does ride a little on the stiff side but that's fine by me because the roads where I live are rough and can bottom out the suspension on many vehicles but this vehicle handles them just fine. Also virtually zero rust to report and this is a Pennsylvania vehicle. (However it was garage kept). Has a lot of highway miles on it. Paid just over five grand but looking at book values on it I did well. Oh and I have put 1300 miles on it so far. I know that's not a lot but I'm kind of hard on vehicles if there is anything going to 'shake loose' I would have found it by now. I have owned over 150 different vehicles in my life. And I have had very good luck with Ford's. I would recommend.
Went to test drive a car on my lunch break and ended up purchasing the following day. Folks were friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate their patience.
Most reliable car I ever owned

Mine was in excellent condition with 150,000 miles. It felt like it was pulled right off the lot. I can’t say if u get this car it will be as nice as mine, but if it appears to run great and look great, then you should consider. The car was reliable, somewhat cheap ($8,000-$11,000). There was never an issue with space. The speakers are great. It was the last model before the escapes had a complete change in appearance, which almost made it a different car. With that said, the 2012 is the most advance and nicest option of the old escape models. People are often surprised by how nice the interior is (note that I have the limited edition).
I went to purchase and new vehicle from American Imports and the customer service was phenomenal! I was referred to them and I would refer them to everybody
Catalytic converter went bad after

Gave Ford a chance to see what an American auto manufacturer offered and what I got was a faulty throttle control unit that was fixed for free when it happened, which was a terrible experience when it went bad. Then day after fix, catalytic converter goes bad. Hmm, Ford wouldn't admit that was caused from earlier faulty part. Thus the fix is mine to absorb at around $2000. Never another Ford product.
I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
A great ride, handles great too.

Rides like a small version limo, smooth comfortable almost like riding on air, quiet and lots of leg and head room. Too many positives and very little negatives.
I did end up buying another vehicle before I actually had a chance to visit Ray Skillman, so I only had phone and e-mail contact, but they were very informative and kept in touch with me.

My parents Ford Escape has a knob that controls the headlights exactly where your knee is when you're driving. You must check that the knob is in the 90 degrees position after every drive or the headlights will stay on until you get back, emptying your car battery. You must use the knob to turn the nightlights on, sometimes your knee bumps into it when you're driving, and sometimes it moves out of default position for no god xxxx reason. It happened to me today, which is why I'm writing reviews. Even a toy R/C car is more reliable than this car, due to how often it is rendered into a useless hunk of metal. I sorely wish there was even a modicum of exaggeration in that statement, but there isn't.
