After visiting a few dealers and getting the run around, I was apprehensive about coming into South Shore Kia. Soon as I walked in I was greated by Billy from sales and my time with him wasn???t rushed or pressured, he completely understood my financial situation and worked with me to the best of his ability. This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I worked with Frank of Rockland Motors concerning a 2012 Mustang prior to making the decision to drive to the dealership from out of state. Frank was more than helpful by answering all my questions and sending pictures of the vehicle that were not shown on the website. During the inspection process, he was able to reach out to the business next door to facilitate the use of their lift so I could inspect the under carriage of this car. I???m not the typical let me write a review customer . How ever with the experience I had I just feel the obligation to ! I was driving passed hillside auto out let , not hillside auto mall, hillside auto outlet is on 161-10 Jamaica Ave, I dropped in to check out a Q50 I seen on the lot . I was looking at the car and Milton (sales person) came and greeted me . He literally explained the car details specs uses in full detail. I test drove the car as well and it drove beautifully. The team they have there are like a good house . Sound and sturdy! Very friendly attentive and humble people . They offered me food coffee and made me feel very welcome . They didn???t push the process or make me feel pressured . They got me the right deal with the right price and I don???t feel like I just made a huge mistake ! I loved the experience and effort they put into me and my investment (car) lol! Thanks Hillside Auto mall and Jay! Really made me very happy!!

Please note the 2018 Explorer Sport I recently leased through Hassett is the 4th vehicle I've obtained through your dealership within the past decade. The first vehicle I purchased outright and the last three vehicles were leased. The sales rep for the past two vehicles I've leased has been Mike Scannello. With the past two transactions Mike was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly which made each transaction go extremely well and very smoothly. I originally stopped in to speak with Mike in regards to leasing a new vehicle earlier in October. When I returned on October 28th Mike knew exactly which vehicle and options I was interested in and he offered me several vehicles with different color combinations to choose from. I decided to go with another Explorer Sport only this time in white with a black interior so I placed a deposit on the car the very same day. My latest transaction with Mike and Hassett was by far the quickest and smoothest I've ever experienced during my lifetime of purchasing or leasing new Ford or Mercury vehicles. Initially We were disappointed and tired and almost gave up on buying a Nissan brand after visiting 4 dealers last week. They were Nissan dealers at Garden City, Westbury, Great Neck and Greenvale in Long Island, NY. We came home disappointed when the parent company Nissan of N. America called to ask how it was going. Told them all the unpleasant experiences we had been through. They apologized and hooked us up with Chantelle Thol of Legend Nissan in Syosset, NY. She was polite, honest and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. We knew what we wanted exactly and we locked in a price over the phone. Immediately rushed to Legend Nissan, took a test drive and paid deposit. They further lowered the price and next day we completed the paperwork and brought the car home. Chantelle Thol and her fellow colleagues Sam and Peter were very cooperative and friendly. The other dealers were obnoxiously rude. The Garden city guy named Nicholas would not even talk to us let alone give a price until we agreed for a test drive. He was very difficult to deal with. When we complained to his associate sales manager Scott who told us there were many dealers out there and refused. We were very shocked. At the Westbury dealer, the woman Dana spoke to us a day before for an hour and agreed on a price of $25,608 and made appt with us for the following day for noon but did not show up. Her mgr refused to work with us on the price she had quoted us because she did not leave any notes nor sent us any email. We ended up wasting our time with them as they increased the price for same pkg discussed to approx $26300. (Further disappointment came from Westbury Nissan when Dana sent a appt confirmation the next day for the following day and pretended not to know anything as her manager Laurence may have given her a piece of his mind). Then we visited Great Neck Dealer. They were just $18 more than Westbury and Wendy there had quoted over ph of $25626. In person we met her and Jalal. We agreed on a price although slightly higher but then the Gen'l manager interfered And disapproved because we were paying cash and not financing nor leasing the car. He increased the price by another $2000. How ridiculous!!! They too wasted our time. The Barron Nissan at Greenvale had called us that same morning since we had registered with truecar.com and had gotten the savings certificate. As we were almost out the door with an appt, The woman named Stephanie spoke to me for about 10 mins took our requirements and even after knowing I couldn't talk due to an appt she handed over the phone to a gentleman who started asking same questions all over again. Had to hang up. Stephanie called in the evening to see how she could help but when we told her we wished to pay cash she quoted a price of $31000 and informed that was after truecar.com savings. How ridiculous again !!! She insisted we visit them so we told her their price was too high and why would we want to visit or have anything to do with them with that inflated price. She got mad and hung up. Thanks to Jonathan of the parent company for hooking us up with Chantelle Thol of Legend Nissan. We got a great prep on the features of the car as well from Peter. Finally we have the Nissan Rogue SV Premium.

I really like the way this SUV drives. Handles more like a car, very responsive. I got the 2.0L engine and AWD. It is the Titanium so it has heated leather seats and I love them. Very comfortable. I have to merge on the Interstate with a very short merge lane and everybody it typically doing 75+MPH. This SUV really goes when you press on the gas paddle and I love that. The visibility is excellent and I love to sit "tall" so I have my seat about as high as you can get it. The brakes are excellent and saved me from a 15 car pile up on the Interstate just last week. I also love all the cargo room. I love to "go antiquing" and with the rear seats folding completely flat there is quite a bit of cargo room. Really happy with my purchase.

I have returned over and over to Hassett Ford for my leasing needs over the past 15+ years. My 3 year old lease was coming up and I went to see Tim Coppolla, who I have probably leased 4 cars with over the years. Tim, is the consummate salesman. He knows his cars and the finances and most importantly -LISTENS- to what I want and how much I want to spend. He makes it so easy and like I said, this is probably car # 4 or 5 with him. The dealership runs very well. I have never had an issue with the Service Dept and they are easy to deal with and also very professional. I must say that by leasing a new car every 3 years, I have not had a major problem, so that does make it even more enjoyable to deal with them. Tim advised that they have this great new program if you are BJs member (or you can join) to get really nice incentives and better pricing and almost no negotiation over pricing. I must say, I have had some really poor experiences over the years looking for cars, but going to Tim at Hassett, eliminates the pain and makes it easy. Also a note, dealing with the Finance manager, Scott, was also smooth and totally not high pressure to buy extra services. I highly recommend this dealer and salesteam. Mark Hecht

A little late with this review but better late than never, right lol. This is by far thee BEST dealership I have been to *Feb 3rd, 2016*. I looked around so many places (internet & on foot) to take my wife to go buy her car. So much that we were contemplating on going to jersey to get her a good deal & quality car. Until I stumbled into WBA online. We were very impressed at the reviews, being that every other dealership had an average of 1 to 3 stars with bad reviews about being scammed. so we gave this one a shot before we gave up. As someone who has went thru 3 cars in my time already, I was already skeptical about the dealership. And I already knew how things work or how dealers try to get over. So I let my wife take the lead as we went in. We met SAM & his crew there and my wife explained to them what she was looking for, what price range she wanted to stay within, what she wanted to put down for a deposit. yada yada yada !! we went in to his office sat down talked ran some numbers. and the more I was there just watching and analyzing things around me, the more comfortable I was feeling. Sam is VERY upfront about everything which I thought was very good considering hes the dealer. But he acknowledges that he loves just making his customers happy. and with that said, he actually did :) !! Even tho my wife didn't get the top car she had on her list (08 Acura MDX), She actually ended up coming out BETTER with a newer model car with way less miles for less $$$ (2012 Nissan Altima). I was BLOWN away that it could even be possible but it happened. My wife is still in love with her car bcuz she cannot stop driving it since she took it off the lot. But we want to thank SAM & his crew at worlds best auto for their hospitality, and being very upfront (NO GIMMICKS AT ALL). He lays it all out on the table for YOU to make the final decision as to what YOU wanna do. And that is something that I haven't seen ANY dealership do. All the others are just trying to make a quick buck and get you in and out of the dealership quick to make the NEXT buck. SAM seems like he actually cares. Someone who LOVES his job. I went to Yonkers Auto Mall with my husband to make sure he didn't spend WAY too much money on a vehicle. So right away when we arrived we were greeted by Eric Boykin. He was such a cheerful and courteous gentleman. I asked 1002 questions about my BMW and he answered them all. And what I really liked is that if he didn't know the answer, he was honest and told me so but then immediately got the answer for me. He never complained when we broke down or while we froze him to death in our dilapidated Kia. He even gave me top dollar for it. And that hard working girl Gina. To watch her work will make you tired. She worked hard to get me the best payment that I can afford. I love my 2015 BMW and would recommend Eric to anyone that wants a great deal and an even better experience.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. Shopped on a Saturday with my son "just to look" and see what was out there to replace my ailing 2000 F-350. Tania walked us around the yard,we drove a couple, no hard sell, just a very pleasant experience. No disappearing act that you get from every other dealer. Have enjoyed owning and driving my Escapes since 2000 when I ordered one from the factory. Size is just right for my needs. The transportation service they have provided continue to please me. Latest purchase (2016) has lots of 'bell and whistles'. I've always tried to acquire all 'the tech' that was available. Now the Escape can include a lot of safety tech...hooray! I'm all for it. An air bag in my prior Escape protected me...they work. Am I pleased with my 'Escape experienced? You Betcha!!!

I just bought a used 2016 Ford Escape it’s a big & better difference from a Nissan Rouge I owned I purchased the titanium model which is a big step up it was a lease return & well taken of I love how it handles & rides. From sun roof to sound system my wife & I are very pleased with it . We look forward to at least the next 5 years or more of driving it before looking for another vehicle. This is my fifth Ford probably will never buy another imported car this was my first last one. I was glad to go back to the ford.

Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!
