Grate service, awesome outcome, loving environment

I cannot explain in words that how much grateful I am towards you all. I never thought I would be getting the perfect people by my side in a perfect time. I was devastated about the accident I faced for the first time and I had no one to go to with my car to get it fixed or even ask for an advice on what to do. Even the insurance company turned their back on me saying they cannot pay and fix the car, and also I was having few family issues going on for which I couldn't get the owner's signature for the car to get it repaired. He happens to be my uncle though. Anyways, I struggled a lot with the car, stuck up home, couldn't go to school neither at work. After all these going on, as my car was drive-able, I took it to Honda and say them the problem I was having and particularly Patricia Dagostino my service advisor asked me to go to the Collision Center right away saying all my problems to Louise Mazzoli in advance. Well, there you go, I wasted no time and I went see her. I spoke to her about everything, I felt she is an angel to me, helped me all the way through, asked me everything to do accordingly the way she says, she fought for me, she found my way out, she taught me a lesson, to be bold and strong, and to fight back for own rights. How I knew that I will be meeting her? But I did, I am so thankful, so grateful to her and the entire team members for working and dealing with my car, my helplessness, my emotions with their heart and hard work. Thank you very much for making me feel so blessed. I said anyone and everyone, my friends, my family about Deland Ford Collision Center. I also loved about how i was welcomed there each day, they smiled, i smiled, warm hugs, honest love filled my heart with peace. Lastly, guess what, my car turned to be absolutely new, shiny and beautiful, and performs totally great as before. Thank you wouldn't be enough if i say, im just very grateful.
