I've been leasing from Mathews Ford for over 5 years now. It's always been a great experience and that's why I keep coming back. But this year was excellent. I just recently turned my Ford Escape Lease in a few days ago and leased a 2017 Ford Fusion which I absolutely love. But Tom Willard really made the leasing experience perfect. This is my second escape out or 6 Fords...They are great vehicles and I would recommend one to anyone looking for a small/mid-sized SUV...It's one of the bigger ones in its class...
I just want to say that we had a really good experience! I went to look for a newer Honda, but was still playing around with the idea of a new car. We were greeted right away by one of the finance guys while out on the lot. He got us with our sales rep, which was Jordan Baker!! We were there at least 3 and a half hours - maybe 4 hours. Jordan stuck with us the whole time ! Very personable and easy to talk to. He didn???t push me into buying a car that I wouldn???t have been able to afford. Took his time to show me the car. Luckily I got the first car I looked at. But thanks to Jordan, we are proud owners of a brand new 2018 Civic. He was very knowledgeable on the car (of course) but didn???t act like he hated his job and wanted to go home. None of the sales team struck us the wrong way. All in all, I would definitely recommend coming to John Hinderer Honda to anyone. The free ice cream was just an added bonus:) Also, the finance guy, Henry was top notch. Between fighting the negative equity on my trade in and making sure I knew what I was signing was a HUGE relief. Answered all of our questions and explained very well. Obviously he knew what he was doing and didn???t mess around. I honestly don???t think I could say anything bad about my experience. I???m still shocked that I even drove off the lot with a brand new car.

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
My friend came in with me when I was purchasing my car. She can be a little spitfire sometimes, but y'all didn't get angry with her. Both Justin Curry and his boss answered our questions completely and even showed us the paperwork we requested to see. Saturday was kind of busy so poor Chad was backed up in finance and we sat there a while. Your team did a fantastic job getting the car to the price I was willing to buy it for. Justin made sure it was spotless when it came out of detailing. My next vehicle purchase will be through coughlin nissan and I will be referring people to Justin. He was absolutely wonderful!

the set are a little to low i have to used a pillow to get a good view over the dash while driving. my last car were a Ford Free Star there fore I have more room.
The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
We stopped in to test drive a Toyota Sienna to see if we would like one. The salesman Matt greeted us and was very friendly. He went over everything on the van and explained things to us on the test drive. He was great from beginning to the end. The only reason we didn't buy that day was the van didn't quite have all the options we were looking for. They were also willing to give us the price we needed for our trade. Real sorry it didn't work out. These guys were great!

Great handling fuel efficient and peppy engine. Very comfortable driving position with leather interior. Lots of room in the back with seats folded down. Has sync 3 dashboard display to link into your smart phone for navigation and messages
Folks at heavy duty service are customer oriented, quite friendly and want to meet your needs. Have had RV chassis serviced here for over two years and have always been treated by the staff at heavy duty like they are glad to have the business. I drive 50 plus miles for service because of the folks here.

I absolutely love this vehicle. The 2018 handles easier than the 2016 I previously owned. I also love the white gold color. Ford has truly amazed me with their awesome updates.
I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in May, 2017 from Ricart Ffford and I was well pleased with the friendliness of all the staff that took care of me. They were very professional as well. I just recently got an Oil change at the dealership and I was able to get my car in right away. They did an excellent job and updated me on what would be needed in the near future. I highly recommend them and I trust them and would never feel they would take advantage of me as a customer.

We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.
I purchased my 2015 Taurus in February of 2016 and during the first week of October 1st 2017, the car battery shorted out. I initially called the Ricart Service department, explained the situation and working with the Ford Motor Company customer service department, they replaced the battery under the bumper to bumper warranty program.
Very easy to drive. Love it.

Design, size, cameras, trial of SiriusXM. Smooth ride and well to maneuver. I would recommend highly to friends and family. The radio system is fantastic, as well as the phone/bluetooth features.
I filled out an application on Thursday, heard from Chase, the salesman, not long after. We discussed what I was looking for, my down payment, monthly payments and trade in and I told him that I would be there Friday after work. When I got there Friday he showed me the vehicle he had found for me and I LOVED her on sight. I test drive her, told him I wanted her went to the finance department to finalize everything. I was out of there and ecstatic by 8:30. The whole process was seamless and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a used car go to Ricart and ask for Chase Butcher he is awesome!!

The escape is very nice and a lot of room for our vactions. the gas mileage is very good around 30 so far with only 600 miles on it. thanks ford.

This car is perfect for my needs. I like the size and there is enough head room and leg room for my 6’4” husband. It is a very quiet ride and like the interior. Was looking at the CRV but couldn’t justify the price. It is a great car.
My salesperson Kevin Mills was a great help and made himself available anytime I had questions. I like how he only showed me the vehicles I requested to see and only suggested if I would like to see something similar. I did not feel like I was being pressured into anything.
I did which they also offer a discount to Military (Active and Retired) on their used vehicles.
The vehicle has met all my expectations.

The car meets all my needs. Wish that Ford would have included remote start which it seems to not include in most of their vehicles at this time.
My salesperson, Mr Byrd, was so helpful. He pulled up a list of cars that fell within my budget and showed each of them to me. I test drove several of the same model to compare and the whole process took about 3.5 hours from walking on the lot to leaving with a car I absolutely love. Thanks!!!

This is a good car so far. We've only have 5000 miles on it so we really don't know what will happen in the future as far as reliability.
The test of time will show us how long this car will last. Duh!
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. It has more power than my 2016 along with many more bells and whistles. It is the color I wanted along with all the features I also wanted.

Love this Truck. It is up high like a regular truck, but it drives like a small car. It has plenty of room front and back, and when the back seats are down it has a huge cargo area to haul just about anything I’d need.
