I previously owned an Equinox. When I test drove the Escape I was completely blown away. It was a great ride and I loved the various features. My only complaint is the head rests, they seem to be in the way of sitting comfortably, I'm always hunched forward to avoid them. I have adjusted them, yet it's still annoying. Otherwise the car would get all 5 stars from me.

I love the way this car rides. It drives so smooth. I especially like the bluetooth capabilities and the sync features. I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had an American car in years. I look forward to keeping this one for a long time. :)
Great place for Ford service! Staff is super helpful & informative. Quick & efficient oil change/tire rotation. AMAZING waiting room that has free coffee, iPads, a kid's play area, and a cafeteria to order food from.
I used the 'chat' feature on the website, and the BDC was able to direct me to Ernie in service to schedule an appointment almost immediately. I went for an inspection and oil change that day and was in and out in no time. As a female, what I loved most was the fact that they were honest, upfront, and did not try to sell me on extra products or services I didn't need. I'll definitely go back to Paul Miller for my next service visit.
I was shopping for a reliable used car for my son, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Mike was very easy to work with. This is my second Escape and it's great. I loved my 2010 and shopped across several brands to replace it last year. It came down to a Hyundai Tuscon or the new Escape. The Escape is just a little nicer and the price was the tipping point. I have an SE with the Sport Package and Sync3. It's an improvement over the older Escape because of improved view out and level of technology. The new Ford Pass app is a huge plus, that includes Remote Start for free!
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our truck from Jack Kain Ford. Our salesman Bradd Gray was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and let us take our time with the buying process. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Bradd!

Vehicle has many standard options and good power and torque. Good Options on the SE model. Only thing that could be better is the layout and lighting for video screen, the icons need to be bigger and shift lever panel isn’t lighted. Everything else in the interior is great.
Had been looking for a specific make and model car in a small model year window. The car I was looking for was between 15 and 19 years old and not very accessible. One popped up on Paul Miller Mazda website. I live over 600 miles from the dealership which by all reason would make this a very complicated process. I contacted the dealership and a sales person immediately responded. They went above and beyond on what most dealerships would consider an insignificant vehicle and sale. I made the trip to see the car (8 hours driving out there), there were some unforeseen issues with it and they made every effort to possible to help me with this car. They negotiated the price according the issues found in the car as well as making the financial and paperwork transaction run just as smoothly. This was a cash deal and they did for me that they were doing for all the other customers who were buying much much more expensive vehicles and obviously had a much greater profit margin. All the staff I encountered was awesome and willing to help. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and made you feel at home not at a care dealership. Will definitely consider making another trip over to them when I am in the market for another vehicle.
