Took a long time between deciding on the car and walking out the door with the final paperwork. My main issue was with Patty. I called her after the license bureau would not accept the paperwork they gave me. I called the dealership and that was who they gave me to talk to. First of all, she was eating and talking at the same time. She told me to go back and tell them that they were wrong. I had set there for better than two hours. She acted like I was a bother. However, she called me the next day to see if I got it titled and licensed. I waited until a week later to go back. The license bureau was wrong, but I still did not like the attitude of Patty at the dealership. I?m pretty much pleased with my purchase. The salesman was great. I wasn?t push into buying stuff I didn?t want.

Yesterday I took my 2017 Ford Escape to Gary Crossley Ford that I just bought about a month ago. There was a recall on a certain part that hasn't been done yet and they performed the replacement under warranty. It was also time to service the transmission and I asked them to do that too. Ryan was my Service Associate who helped me. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about my specific car and its transmission and the frequency of the service that would keep it running great. He explained everything in a way I could understand and then even walked me to the area I could pay for the service. This was top notch , expert customer service along with next level experience.
