Customer service was excellent, easy to work with, and no sales pressure. Our Sales Rep Kevin was patient and worked with us in getting the vehicle we wanted within our budget.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

Only place I'll buy a Ford, several time repeat customer. Always easy and quick.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Performance Ford of East HanoverReviews
Performance Ford of East Hanover review
From the Gentleman who checked my vehicle in, Service Department Manager and all of the Staff, to the Gentleman who gave me a ride home and picked me up when my work was completed. They made me feel like they were glad that I was there, not a imposition. They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I have lived several places around the country and have dealt with a number of service departments, this, by far, was the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!!! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

Josh had helped me before with finding a car when he worked at kia, so contacted him and told josh that I was in need of a vehicle and that I would be bringing my son up to see if he can get a vehicle too. I got approved, my son got a truck, then my husband got approved. I didn't think it would happen. Thank you so much Josh. And the people that work there are really nice. Keep up the good work.

Route 9 MazdaReviews
Route 9 Mazda review
My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Nielsen Ford of MorristownReviews
Nielsen Ford of Morristown review
My experience with purchasing a car at Nielsen Ford in Morristown was excellent! After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium SUV, I stopped by the dealership and Orhun Varol was the salesman who helped me. From the Test Drive to the negotiating selling my current car to Nielsen Ford, Mr. Varol kept things going smoothly. He took the time to answer all my questions. I drove out of the dealership a few hours later in my new car, thanks to my excellent salesman Ohrun Varol. A+++
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.
2025 Ford Escape review
traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.
