John Kennedy Ford Feasterville review
I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Had great customer service and Tom Devito was top notch. He went out his way to make us comfortable and did a great job explaining all the new features of the truck. Would have given the dealership a 5, but their online business needs some help because when the person who runs that is away, someone should be around to answer the emails. Almost lost me because they didn't respond to my online request from cars.com 3 times.

This was my second time leasing a vehicle through Pacifico, and once again, the experience exceeded my expectations. The entire team demonstrated exceptional time, patience, and dedication throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured, which made the experience both comfortable and reassuring. Domenic was especially understanding of my financial needs and worked diligently to ensure I was able to lease the vehicle I wanted within a price range that was truly affordable for me?without any sense of pressure or judgment. I am extremely satisfied with every experience I have had at Pacifico, and my most recent visit was truly outstanding.

What an absolutely fantastic experience! This was my first time purchasing a car entirely from another state, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From beginning to end, everyone involved was attentive, proactive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth and comfortable as possible. A very special thank-you goes to Tony. He was always extremely courteous, patient, and responsive. No matter how many questions we had, he never failed to answer us, provide the information we needed, or make himself available. His professionalism and personal attention gave us complete confidence throughout the entire purchase. I also want to recognize Tony’s manager, Vince, Laura, and the entire team. Every person we dealt with was simply amazing and wonderful! I absolutely loved the entire experience and could not be happier with my purchase. Buying a vehicle remotely could have been stressful, but this team made it easy, transparent, and truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and everyone who works there. They went above and beyond in every possible way. Thank you, Tony, Vince, Laura, and the entire team, for making this such an incredible and memorable experience! Edson Luque

Radley Chevrolet review
I understand diesels are expensive to maintain. The final bill came in less than estimated. I wish Chevy would recognize there is an issue with the LP5 injectors and provide some customer assistance. At 120000 miles people should not have these problems. Justin and Robert were helpful. Thanks.
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Had an awesome experience with sales representative Roy Visor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable towards my needs. Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for at the time, Roy was very patient with me. I look forward to doing business with Roy.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.
