One of the main reasons we keep coming back to Germain for service is they do an overall great job and don’t try to sell us services we don’t need. The new Technician camera report is super, I get to see what the tech is seeing or found on my car. This feature can build trust with the customer. So many businesses these days try to oversell you and down right lie about they find. Keep up the great service. We will be back.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Byers Toyota review
I had an appointment with Colton to look at a 2023 RAV4 XLE . On my way to the dealership, he called me to let me know that it just sold. Being that I was only a few minutes away from Byers , thought I would see what other RAV4s that were available. So I met Colton and had a very nice conversation with him. He wrote down notes of what I was looking for in a RAV 4 and said he would contact me if something came in. A couple of days later I found what I was looking for at another car dealership in town. I figured it was only polite to let Colton know that I found another vehicle. Told him that I enjoyed taking to him, that he had a nice disposition about himself and would keep his card to recommend him to family and friends.

Had 2 recalls on my 2025 Explorer and was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from Germans service department, they were send their mobile repair technician to my house to fix both recalls! Technician was super friendly and explained what he was doing to take care of the recalls, and before long it was all done! I really appreciated that I didn’t have to go to the dealership to get this done!
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Byers Ford review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco from Byers Ford, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, especially since I made the purchase on a Sunday! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a welcoming team that made me feel right at home. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff at Byers Ford were fully engaged, offering exceptional service and answering all of my questions without hesitation. My sales representative, Jeff Ashbrook, was outstanding—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all the features of the Bronco. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the best decision for my needs. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Jeff walked me through all the details, provided transparent pricing, and helped me navigate the financing options with ease. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference in my overall experience. The 2023 Ford Bronco itself is absolutely fantastic—rugged yet refined, with all the modern features I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall, buying my Bronco from Byers Ford was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them—especially if you’re looking for top-notch service on a Sunday. A huge thank you to Jeff Ashbrook and the team for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

Glenview Luxury ImportsReviews
Glenview Luxury Imports review
I worked with Tarik to get my 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it was a really great experience. He was extremely patient through the sales process and took me through all my options and helped me find the best way to get what I wanted. I would certainly recommend using Tarik and the rest of the team at Glenview to purchase another car in the future and recommend them to anyone who's in the market!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I had an 8am appointment, my first one for my new jeep cherokee with 27,500 miles (a gift). I was happy that i was gotten in so very quickly for an oil change. Also, I was very happy that I was informed that the 30,000 mile check up was basically an oil change, saving me much needed money. I was also told to get tires rotated which I did. And i had a sensor out, which I was informed about including cost to repair and that was replaced and repaired during this same visit, which I appreciated. I liked the music and the comfortable chairs. I wish Fox wasn't on the television! ugH! i wasn't told exactly where the waiting room was and had to snake myself back to what I had to guess was the waiting room....I saw no free coffee which I get at the cheapest of auto shops, a disappointment. Add coffee in addition to the venting machine there. Overall, I am happy to have my jeep at my findlay jeep dealer and hope to build a trusting relationship that keeps my jeep in tip-top condition, giving me professional, quality service and not trying to rip me off in any way.

Germain Ford of Beavercreek review
The service department did an excellent job fixing our car, Ashton Clark did an excellent job keeping me informed and kept me updated on the repairs and the cost. Definitely recommend Germain Ford
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.
