A very pleasant experience with Miguel Ramos. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I am happy to have gotten this experience while buying my new car.
2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Dana Ford Lincoln review
I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him. He spent time to go over everything in the car so my wife and I were familiar with all the new gadgets. If anybody is looking for a car, I highly recommend him. Al Rago
2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Belford Motor CompanyReviews
Belford Motor Company review
I had an outstanding experience with Belford Motor Company and can’t recommend them enough. I worked primarily with Mark and also with Dan, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Because the dealership is a bit of a distance from my home, I asked if most of the paperwork and details could be handled via email so that when I arrived, I could simply sign and drive. They accommodated this without hesitation — from the initial deposit through the final paperwork. When I came in, everything was exactly as promised. I took a quick test drive, signed the necessary paperwork and then happily drove it home. The process was incredibly efficient and respectful of my time. What stood out most was the friendliness, professionalism, and competence of the entire team. They truly stand behind the vehicles they sell, which is evident in the dealer warranty they provide. I was also impressed by their unexpectedly large inventory of high-quality vehicles. Thank you again to the Belford Motors team for your excellent service and making this such an easy and positive experience!

2020 Ford Escape review
Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Island Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased several vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest, most transparent car-buying processes I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no games, and no hidden fees, which is something I really appreciated. They walked me through the details of the BMW X5, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every option before moving forward. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they were upfront about everything — trade-in value, financing, and next steps. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the delivery process was seamless. What really stood out was the customer-first approach. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business, not just close a deal. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle like a BMW X5, or honestly any car, I highly recommend Island Auto Group. They made what can be a complicated process feel easy and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

2016 Ford Escape review
Purchased this used 2016 Ford Escape SE Ecoboost 4WD (108k miles) from our local Lithia Ford dealer, and I commute 64 miles a day from home to work, and so far I am very impressed. the little 1.6 liter engine has a big heart, and a fun amount of power. The seats are high quality, and the best my wife & I have encountered so far (we rent a lot of cars from Enterprise). Handles great, and feels like a bigger car. The only cons so far : High beam switch takes getting used too. From steering wheel to display touch screen, the wiper control arm is always in the way, turning on wipers. Can't wait for winter to try out 4wd :)

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

2020 Ford Escape review
I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2016 Ford Escape review
Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

2015 Ford Escape review
I got this car when I got my license, when I was little me and my grandpa went to San Augustine Ford to get a car to surprise my grandma with after her Lincoln's engine blew up, she drove it very little, my mom drove it a lot it has neatly 60,000 miles on it, we got it used when it had like 4,000 miles on it, we got it in 2016 so we had the car for about 10 years now, I love it

2014 Ford Escape review
Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

CarMax FrederickReviews
CarMax Frederick review
Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.
2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.
