I had such a great experience working with Michele! She was so helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process of getting my car. She made sure I understood everything and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She was always willing to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with my car and truly appreciate everything Michele did to help me get it. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I definitely recommend working with Michele! ❤️

2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

2016 Ford Escape review
Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

2017 Ford Escape review
I bought mine used with 17,000 miles for $17,000, and it's a 2017. I guess 17 was the lucky number lol. My Escape drives well, feels very comfortable, and is pretty good on gas (average 4 banger gas milage ) beats any 6 or 8 cylinder. I have the base model , so the engine isn't the fastest, but I'm not racing anyone ever. I never feel underpowered, or unsafe on highways. This little truck holds own in any senerio. I'm not sure why people are giving negative reviews maybe competitors trying to sell their brands🤔 . This is a good suv , and it looks great. I would buy it again, it keeps me warm and safe in Chicago winters. Cranks everytime I turn the key even in sub zero temps. I remember Chicago being the coldest place on the planet for 24 hours a couple of years ago. I worked that night I believe it was -50 or close with the wind chill. I worked that night as a nurse , my escape ran like a trooper. If a vehicle runs in Chicago winters .....it's a tank and passes my test hands down. My 2011 BMW x 3 ummmm.....failed as a winter vehicle. It costed twice as much BEFORE THE "CHIP SHORTAGE" PRICES . Need I say more ????

2020 Ford Escape review
I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

Hello March, Sean Fathi was my salesman at Page Honda and I could not be more satisfied! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Sean told me about all the bells and whistles in various vehicles but he was not pushy at all. All my questions were answered making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The entire process was smooth and hassle free from test driving to financing. I HIGHLY recommend Sean Fathi at Page Honda to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and top notch customer service. Old “gurl” is rolling in a 2025 HR-V Sport and 💜ing it. End of novel!

Al was a great salesman who helped me get into a great car at a great price! The process was quick and painless. Thank you for all your help!
2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Eddie help me with buying my first car...help me out throughout the process of buying a car. Amazing customer service he took care of me.
2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

L.A. Trading CoReviews
L.A. Trading Co review
Osman and Ali were professionals throughout my entire experience! Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... Thank you LA trading co.! You guys were awesome and I wish your business the best! -Carlos

Serra Ford Farmington Hills review
I enjoyed very much working with Will Kent an amazing salesman who was patient and took time to show and explain what was available, along with Charles, Ford's Financial Man - and may I also mention Jake and Andrew. The service was exceptional and accommodating. I just love this Ford Dealership!
2017 Ford Escape review
Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

Dean Sellers FordReviews
Dean Sellers Ford review
Dean Sellers Ford has been our dealership for as long as I can remember. The entire team is friendly and knowledgeable and our salesman, Ryan Moore, is like family…one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Whether we’re purchasing a vehicle or getting an oil change, we trust that we’re in good hands at Dean Sellers.
2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!
2018 Ford Escape review
This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

2020 Ford Escape review
Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

LaFontaine Mazda of LivoniaReviews
2020 Ford Escape review
I wanted a medium SUV with towing capacity. Something a step up from by Buick Encore, which I really liked. I really liked the newer redesign of the Escape, when I first saw the image online I didn't recognize it as a Ford Escape. I went for a test drive in a SEL and the Titanium, I was definitely not sold on the SEL coming from the Buick Encore with it's awesome interior leather seats and trim. It was just too far a step down. The SEL also didn't brake correctly on the test drive, possible it needed the brakes replaced. The Titanium drove much better on the test drive and since it was raining, I got a real feel for the vehicle. I found the interior lacking, again coming from the Buick. The leather seats were not in the same class. The door arm rest also. So looking past the leather, the tech was much better. The LED, the 5 drive screens for regular, eco, sport, rain, snow, change with the drive type which is great. The 360 pilot, adaptive cruise, self parking assist, and all the other tech was awesome. Plenty of comfort and room in the back with adjustable seating. Minor repairs on the speakers and the rear door rubber seal were need. Definitely a pain but nothing is perfect. At 250 hp and the 3,500 towing capacity for future use for a pop up trailer, I'm pretty content. An Outback would have set me back 7k more for the same specs. I owned a Impreza hatch which I loved but that was not without it's flaws (for all you Sub fanatics, yes flaws) So as a long road trip car, 5 hours, it was very comfortable and with the minor repairs that were needed I'm still happy with the Ford Escape. My next car? I mix it up. Not sure what it will be.
