Mr. Christina kept in contact by phone or email constantly so that I knew where I was at every step of the process. He was extremely thorough when reviewing options, prices, and policies. His interpersonal skills are of the highest order, making for a more than pleasant experience. It is obvious that he takes pride in delivering what the customer wants. Mr. Christina is one of the best dealers out there, to be sure.

I used the service department to make two separate repairs on a Jeep at different times.. Josh Kohn advised on both repairs and both repairs were completed as promised. No issues months later. Solid quality workmanship. I also have dealt with Joe Thomas in sales on a used car transaction. Joe was extremely helpful throughout the transaction. I strongly recommend this dealer for Sales & Service.
Any dealership winning awards year after year is no coincidence! Great sales team, John Blanchard and his manager are top of the heap! Thorough, considerate, went the extra yard again and again listening to the customer along the way! Smooth transaction, knowledgeable of the product specs and incentives. I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!
Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt G. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, it had sold the previous Saturday. Matt checked the lot and found a similar vehicle that had just come in on trade that had the features I wanted. The car needed to be inspected, serviced and detailed, so I had to wait until the end of the week to pick it up. I asked if it could be ready sooner, but Bill Brown Ford is meticulous in their vehicle service and detailing, so I had to wait, BUT, Matt generously offered me a (free) loaner to use! I did not expect that! I was really blown away by Matt's care and concern about my lack of transportation and having to share a vehicle with my spouse and juggle work, appointmentss and life around one family car. My dad had bought and leased cars through Bill Brown Ford for over 20 years and always raved about their customer service. Now, I too, can vouch for this dealership. THANK YOU MATT GRIEBAULT!!!!!!!!!

I was concerned that they wouldn't finish my oil change in the time frame they quoted, but I didn't realize they have 3 bays to work on the cars! Just about then my name was called, I paid, and was on my way!
I recently purchased a used Ford Flex from Bill Brown Ford. Roy Mewton was my sales person and treated me very fair and I think I got a great deal and a great vehicle. The entire staff acted professionally and I would highly recommend them on your next car purchase.
Pete is amazing. A true professional and master of his craft. He treats everyone he encounters as he wishes to be treated and goes out of his way to be sure that your vehicle is taken care of. In turn ensuring that I the client feel that I am valued. Pete is the reason I keep coming back to Bill Brown Ford. In my opinion your training program should be modeled after his style of customer service.
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
