Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

The team has always provided excellent service, information and maintenance needs. They return my truck within very reasonable time and since 2021 I could not be more happy with the sales and service.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

After high winds I was pretty sure I had a tree limb lodged underneath the truck, dragging on the ground making a horrible noise. They booked me in the next morning and didn't charge me for a service appointment. And they were pleasant too!

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

I hate buying a new car, but this dealership, Marvin Martin, my sales rep, and Glen, the Business Manager, made it a wonderful stress-less experience. AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did). My husband has been buying from them for years and I should have listened to him before now. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

We bought our 2016 Ford Escape new in 2015. it has been a great vehicle and trouble free the entire time.We currently have approximately 155000 miles on the vehicle and would certainly buy another Escape.It still looks and runs as new and everyone thinks it's a new car even now.

Had a good experience here. Let me start by saying I hate dealerships. I hate sales gimmicks, and always trying to up sell ect. This WAS NOT my experience here with car five. Felicia the sales manager was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and non pushy, and really went to extra mile to make it within my budget while still giving the best deal. The one issue I did see with the vehicle they immediately offered to replace the part for free to insure my happiness with the vehicle which was a 2018 RUBICON JL!! Siked was a beautiful vehicle very clean quality vehicle. Gui a member of the sales team was right there every step of the way helping the process along also great to work with. And last but not least Ron the financial manager worked very hard behind the scenes to not only meet my budget but did so including gap insurance and full warranty bumper to bumper for 2 years if your looking for a honest hard working team that will go out of their way for you this is the place I saw a couple bad reviews I think that was due to people just being Karen's. I gave them respect and they met my every need will certainly be back for another vehicle next time I'm buying. It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
