I had slowly been looking for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. The first dealership didn't answer my emails or respond to a voicemail. On a Saturday, we went in & met Ben Lindemulder. Test drove what I thought I wanted but what they had in stock is not what I wanted. He started looking right away. After getting home, my husband had a few changes to our list, Ben took it in stride. I went the next Saturday and Ben & I worked through options for getting a car in. He had it on Monday and I picked it up. The only wrinkle in that process was the other dealership put them off until late afternoon, and it was a drive for them to go get the jeep. Because it was late, even though it was not their fault, they came up with a plan to take care of me for the late delivery. The staff stayed late to get it ready, and do the paperwork. No grumbling about doing that. After getting it home, I found a little issue, and they were not obligated to take care of the, but they had me bring it back in. I've never had a dealership that works so hard to keep you happy.
My wife was recently involved in an unfortunate auto accident and we were in need of purchasing another vehicle. Being long time Honda owners we wanted to purchase another Honda. I contacted the dealership about a car that was listed on Cars.com. I was in the market for a new Honda Fit, and they were one of the few dealerships in MI that had what I was looking for. I came in to test drive the car and a few others while I was there. I was between 2 cars, but didn't want to make a purchase unless the price was right. We negotiated a price over the following day, but I never felt pressured to make a deal that I wasn't comfortable with. We settled on a number I felt very good about. I worked with J.P. and he provided excellent customer service. I'd recommend this dealership to future customers.

First let me say that I know nothing of vehicle repair. I drive my car , that's it. It's extremely refreshing to be treated respectfully and provided with information concerning repairs that I can actually comprehend , both of which have happened with each of my dealings with Deals On Wheels service center in Dowagiac Michigan. Excellent repair work , fair pricing AND a genuine concern for the safety of the driver! This sounds like one of those reviews that the business writes for itself doesn't it? It's not ! I'm a real customer and I am truly this impressed this business's service center . I haven't purchased a vehicle from Deals on Wheels ,so I cannot speak on that part of the business.
it takes over an hour when I bring my car in for an oil change. The paper work I get after the oil change always states they rotated my tires and they don't. I've called them out on it and they insist they did. Yet no one noticed the nail in my rear passenger tire when I brought it in and was still in same tire when I picked it up.
