AutoNation Ford Bradenton review
I went to 2 other Ford dealerships, 2 salvage garages, and an auto body collision shop for a quote on a driver's side sun visor that snapped off on my Ford Edge. 4 of the 5 shops quoted me an out of door price of over $800 plus tax. One shop never returned my call. A serviceman covered his mouth and told me to call AutoNation Ford of Bradenton. Frustrated, I did and thank heavens I did!! From start to finish, I had nothing but a quick response, as well as courteous and prompt service from Tristan from the mobile team dept. Not only did he quote an almost $350 cheaper price difference, he sent one of his team members down to where I live (An hour away) to fix it!! Within 10 minutes Joel, the kind and professional service technician, had my visor fixed and was on his way to his next customer! Where in today's world do you find this kind of customer service? And fantastic pricing difference? Highly highly recommend Tristan and his team from AutoNation Ford of Bradenton!!

2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Service got me in for diagnosis of check engine light next day and called 4 hours later with plan for repair and safety info to allow me to use vehicle. Internet search by me showed new vehicles on lot that interested me. Ty moved both vehicles next to each other so comparison could be done. Ty and Kyle worked with us to complete a deal that I believe was fair to us and Mathews Currie. Chris in finance processed the purchase quickly and even got a better rate. Excellent experience!

Al Piemonte Lincoln review
I can't say anything bad about this dealership and my experience. From Roberto, my sales rep to Jake the manager, and Ryan the GM, I was very impressed and felt very accommodated and cared for. I felt I got a good deal with my new Nautilus (which I love). Roberto was very patient with all my text questions and answered immediately. Was the shortest time I'd ever spent purchasing and picking up a vehicle at a dealership! Very much appreciated. I WILL go back for service and probably my next car. Some people put in their reviews the building needs updating, but I say keep the prices low and don't go overboard, and who cares if you can be in and out in a short time!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I had the pleasure of working with Anna Beltran while my Toyota Tundra was in for maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and delivered world-class customer service. Anna kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. Her clear communication, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their role—Anna truly sets the standard for excellence. Absolutely amazing service adviser and if anyone deserves a raise it's her!
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Sarasota Ford review
I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my car from Matthew at Sarasota Ford. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and understood. Matthew Smith was refreshingly honest and straightforward; he told me exactly what I needed to know, always with my best interests in mind. In a world full of increasingly shady and malicious dealerships, it was so refreshing to experience Sarasota Ford’s no-nonsense, honest, and straightforward business approach. After selecting the car, the finance department was equally exceptional—attentive, warm, and guiding me step by step, ensuring transparency so I could make the best decision for my financial future. I can tell that the owner truly cares about his customer base, and Matthew was so caring that, when I pointed out a small smudge in the fabric, he took it back to the detailing section and personally ensured the stain was removed. The entire ecosystem of Sarasota Ford is a five-star dealership. No wonder, at the time I was there, I saw so many cars outside already sold. It’s clear this is a high-volume dealership, and yet, every customer still gets personalized care.if you’re looking for a team that truly cares, Matthew and everyone at Sarasota Ford are absolutely top-notch.

I am very pleased with my new to me 26 Ford F350 Tremor. From the beginning, over the phone, Jeff Reeves gave me a comfortable feeling. Jeff made the deal happen and I now have a fantastic truck at a great price. It made it worthwhile driving down from SC.
2020 Ford Escape review
I wanted a medium SUV with towing capacity. Something a step up from by Buick Encore, which I really liked. I really liked the newer redesign of the Escape, when I first saw the image online I didn't recognize it as a Ford Escape. I went for a test drive in a SEL and the Titanium, I was definitely not sold on the SEL coming from the Buick Encore with it's awesome interior leather seats and trim. It was just too far a step down. The SEL also didn't brake correctly on the test drive, possible it needed the brakes replaced. The Titanium drove much better on the test drive and since it was raining, I got a real feel for the vehicle. I found the interior lacking, again coming from the Buick. The leather seats were not in the same class. The door arm rest also. So looking past the leather, the tech was much better. The LED, the 5 drive screens for regular, eco, sport, rain, snow, change with the drive type which is great. The 360 pilot, adaptive cruise, self parking assist, and all the other tech was awesome. Plenty of comfort and room in the back with adjustable seating. Minor repairs on the speakers and the rear door rubber seal were need. Definitely a pain but nothing is perfect. At 250 hp and the 3,500 towing capacity for future use for a pop up trailer, I'm pretty content. An Outback would have set me back 7k more for the same specs. I owned a Impreza hatch which I loved but that was not without it's flaws (for all you Sub fanatics, yes flaws) So as a long road trip car, 5 hours, it was very comfortable and with the minor repairs that were needed I'm still happy with the Ford Escape. My next car? I mix it up. Not sure what it will be.

Matt was a pleasant change from the typical high pressure sales person and that made such a difference to me. At the end of the car shopping game I feel I paid a reasonable price for a car that was close to everything I?d hoped for. Fingers crossed it?s an easy own for many years. And if I have questions or problems I?m comfortable stopping by the dealership.

The entire crew at the dealership are amazing. From the time I entered the building until the time I drove my car off the lot everyone was professional, friendly , and compassionate. I would like to give a 5 star review Andy for a painless process during the time of purchase. I felt welcome and heard during my experience.

The experience started off poorly, truck was not what the website claimed. Equipment on truck was not accurate and front hood paint damage. The manager found me a better solution near the price I was offered. Financed through the dealer and they got me a good rate. Long day after a very long drive from Tampa Fl, but the Matthews Curry team made it Right.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

2020 Ford Escape review
I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I had an outstanding experience working with Bastian while purchasing my car. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. Bastian never pressured me or tried to rush the process. Instead, he provided clear information and helpful guidance, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. If you’re looking for a car salesman who is trustworthy, friendly, and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Bastian. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

My Subaru Forester was ideal for the task at hand. Salesman Nick, Derrick in service, Ben in mechanics covered all necessary elements. This vehicle was absolutely reliable throughout a 3,000 mile drive through British Columbia to Alaska. The team of CarMax, Hoover AL were as accommodating as possible in preparation and the drive was successful.
2020 Ford Escape review
Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.
