A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. They had remodeled area. Bathrooms were outside a port a potty building. I am disabled and getting up and down the stairs was a challenge. Sitting area to wait for car was cold and drab. Everything required a lot of walking and I am challenged with a sore hip and cane.
