The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen.
