This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Reached a purchase price with Jonathan and felt confident to put down a $1000 over the phone. We had already did test drives in Chattanooga TN. ALM couldn’t even be beat even by Marshall Mize Ford. Great job ROQ.

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Buying my Ford from Adrian was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about every trim option I asked about and guided me toward the perfect fit without being pushy. The entire process felt transparent and honest, which made me feel confident in my decision. I drove off the lot feeling excited and completely satisfied in my new Ford Bronco.

I had an amazing experience working with Darryl hands down one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met. From the moment we started talking, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and focused on finding the right fit for me. I appreciated his honesty, patience, and attention to detail throughout. If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel confident in your purchase and actually listens to your needs, Darryl is your guy. Highly recommend!

Motorvation review
From the time I made the phone call and signed the document for the 2013 Tahoe Rahim form motorvation was kind courteous and understanding of my needs. I am so glad that I found this dealership with an honest salesperson. Rahim was EXCELLENT. The thing I liked most about Rahim told me everything he knew that was wrong with the 2013 Tahoe. Thanks you Rahim Job well done . I love the Tahoe Thanks Cody
2019 Ford Expedition Max review
The Expedition exceed my expectations on a full size SUV. My family really enjoy the space. They can't wait to go on a road trip.

Love the room in the car. Even with 3rd row seats there is plenty of room for luggage if traveling or the normal trip to the grocery store

2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

The representatives were both professional and friendly and did not pressure me to purchase anything. I plan to return sometime in December. Tony Adams
2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

CarMax Chattanooga review
I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
