Just the Experience I was looking for!

After having a sub-par experience with Stevens 112 Ford ( too many issues to list ) I was interested in dealing with a large-volume dealer that had expertise in working with my schedule and needs. My sales person, Paul Su took the time to get to know me, my profession, and reason for wanting to get into a FORD Explorer. We spent about 2 hours in my initial visit talking about different packages and what was available. We had a good, honest negotiation, and we were able to narrow my choices down to a few vehicles, which I test drove with Paul. After explaining to him that I would like to come with my wife to view and give her opinion, he agreed with absolutely no pressure. It was then that I knew that I had found the right sales person, and the right dealership. Upon returning with my wife, we took a final look at our "finalists" vehicles, negotiated the price a little more, and made the deposit! While I do not remember the manager's name, he gave us a warm sense of trust, and talked to us with compassion. Having been a previous owner of 2 BMW's from Long Island's largest BMW Dealership, I must admit that their approach was very similar, which is what sealed the deal. Two months later, and we couldn't be happier with our 2017 Explorer. It drives great, has great room inside, and nice set of features. We were a BMW-exclusive family, and now we proudly say we are Ford owners. I would highly recommend Sayville Ford, and Paul for their attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to find a vehicle which we both love, and fit within our budget.
