We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. I worked with Lou, one of the owners of this establishment. I had a car that I wanted to sell because I needed to upgrade to something larger. The car I had was a coup. Anyway, I worked with Lou from the start, and he gave me a price that was extremely fair from THE START. No games like other places. I went to probably about 10 dealerships just to get an understanding of selling a car since Ive had this one since 2016 and only one previous to that and that experience in 2016 (not tampa auto network) was bad so I wanted someone I could trust. Lou messaged back and forth with me for weeks giving me not only his personal opinion but never pressuring me. Never making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time even though I was. I still havent sold the car because of other circumstances but I can say this much. At all the other places I went to, only one had people that were as upfront with the price, the rest had to be worked wtih to get in my range. And that other place didnt have anywhere near the customer service of Tampa Auto Network. If you want someone you can trust and a place where you can let your guard down and not feel like you have to double and triple check the numbers or be pressured or get ripped off, go to Lou at Tampa Auto Network. Seriously, the best service Ive ever had and we still talk to this day as I am close to selling but just havent made the ultimate decision but I know who will be getting the sale. Tampa Auto Network is an amazing place, I mean that and Ive had plenty of experiences at these places during this latest round in 2021. What an amazing place and really just caring people who give you the real price, upfront, and dont play ANY games.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.
