2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Easterns Nissan of White MarshReviews
Easterns Nissan of White Marsh review
Looking for your next vehicle online? This is the Way! So many things have changed in the past few years in the vehicle shopping process, but the team at Nissan of White Marsh is doing things right. I was shopping for my Frontier for over 5 months, and I was being patient to find the right vehicle at the right price. So many dealerships are quick to throw a number on a car-buying site; you can imagine what happens when you try to ask questions or confirm details- let alone talk price. Brice and the sales team at Nissan of White Marsh treated me with respect and patience even though I wasn't in the building. The transparency, integrity, and ease of communication with Jason in finance made an online and phone interaction feel like a 'hand shake deal'. They checked every box and answered every inquiry. In the end, the Value and Trust earned made it an easy decision to FLY FROM FLORIDA to do business here. If you are shopping online and want peace of mind with your major purchase- I hope that this review speaks to you. Nissan of White Marsh will treat you right and make the experience one to boast about. This is how it is supposed to be!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I highly recommend Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis in MD.They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Chuck, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. No pressure at all, nada! They even stayed late Chuck & Tedd for me and my daughter to come test drive, then buy. My daughter really loves her 🚙 car and very happy with your Help Chuck Greenlee.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

J.B.A. Kia review
I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.

Koons Ford of Annapolis review
Caleb and Justin worked with me to get my 2 Ford trucks serviced in an efficient way instead of having to get extra rides I dropped off 1st with a ride but then dropped 2nd off and picked up 1st eliminating need for 2 extra rides. They both were very pleasant and took care of the needs I wanted w/o trying to get me to have unnecessary work done. I was not going to have service done at dealership except for need to have 3 recalls dealt with. After this experience I am very likely to return to Koons Ford of Annapolis for future service needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience!!!
