One thing I appreciated most was that he handled about 90% of everything over text, which is my preferred way to communicate. It saved us so much time and made the process incredibly convenient. When it came time to come to the dealership, we were in and out in just an hour and a half. Even though everything moved quickly, Matthew never rushed us or skipped over anything. He made sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase, gave us a thorough demonstration of every feature on our new Expedition, and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. To top it all off, he even sent our kiddo home with ice cream, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more memorable. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Matthew truly went above and beyond. He made us feel valued, respected our time, and delivered one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.
