The team worked so hard to help me get my dream car even though I live two hours away from the shop. The dealership even agreed to drive the car an hour and meet us half way so we could see it. When I saw the car in person, it had the smallest imperfections that I took note of but didn’t mention as they weren’t noticeable to most. When I bought the car, they had fixed the imperfections and gave me the car completely spotless. The car runs beautifully. Could not have asked for a better experience. We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. Thanks Erica for a good experience, we will call on you again soon to look at our next purchase.
