I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. I?ve been using them since we moved to Georgia several years ago. Their service staff has been great since the first trip there. On my most recent visit with my wife?s Lincoln MKT they were able to diagnose and fix the thunking noise in the front end quickly along with spotting a developing problem with the rear brakes during their thorough full vehicle inspection. The brake problem was fixed before it turned into a very serious problem. I appreciate their attention to detail.
