Brian James was my service advisor and he made me feel at ease that he was going to get to the bottom of why my truck was not starting. I already knew it was not a battery issue and was not the starter. After a few days the problem was diagnosed but the price was a shocker. Brian worked with me on the price of the repairs. I appreciate that. I could go on with more but at the end of the day ..... other than the truck taking longer than expected to repair. The service was great and would go to Brian again with any issues with my truck.
