Charley and Jessica were so helpful into getting me into the car I’ve always wanted. Jessica was so personable and super friendly and made sure the car was ready to go and looked nice. Charley was sooo great to work with. He called me wanting to go over my options to get me out of my older car and it all just made sense. No pushing, no treating me any differently because of knowledge , gender etc. He was thorough and explained everything. They got me into my dream Bronco and I couldn’t be happier that it hasn’t hit me yet. In the future I will be working with them due to the friendliness and listening to what I had to say. CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
