Amazing experience! The staff made everything so simple. They treated us like family, and this was the best car buying experience we?ve ever had.

Took my Ford Bronco ? sport in for its 50,000 mile annual review. I had the oil change the air cabin filter changed out tires rotated and a whole bunch of other much-needed maintenance issues addressed at the dealership. It was really a smooth experience. Ms. Carr was excellent with her Customer Service skills and able to guide me through the whole process of what needed to be done. She is my number one go to whenever I need repair or service done on my Bronco Sport. My shuttle driver STEPHEN kept me well in the loop of when I could be picked up from my residence after I got a ride home. The shuttle service is really nice. It means I don?t have to spend the whole day at the dealership waiting for a repair to be done. Of course I had to have breakfast at Joe Mustang Caf�. He serves up really good ciao and at a reasonable cost as well and the coffee is free.

All service people make sure your car is treated like they own it and service is very prompt even when you did not make an appointment.

Deland Coggin has a wonderful service department with a great staff and facility. I take my car there for all service needs and will continue to do so.

I usually hate buying cars from dealerships and avoid it at all costs?this week of shopping from dealer to dealer reminded me exactly why? right up until I met Antwane at Yeomans. I was literally getting into my car to leave when he stepped in and helped me untangle what had been a week-long disaster. (One dealership even sold me a truck?then sold it to someone else the day I showed up to pick it up?and tried to push me into a different one I didn?t want. On top of that: poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a total lack of respect for my time.) From the moment Antwane got involved, everything turned around. The rest of the team?from the sales managers to the finance department and the post-sale experience manager?made the process seamless and genuinely pleasant. Purchased a Ford fusion with low mileage, battery dead in 4 or 5 days after purchase.Returned and found out the module for the radio was draining the battery prematurely.John,our service manager, ordered the module and had it replaced within 2 days.The car is for my daughter,who also uses the car for my 5 year old grand daughter,and I wanted to be insured that the vehicle would be reliable.Thank you John,to you and your team for helping resolve this issue,we are greatful.Jerry Schwartz

Easy and down to earth people. Love the car. Although they were out of bottles of water and no popcorn even though there was a machine there. It makes it look like they are just props.
