Bonnell FordReviews
Bonnell Ford review
We recently bought our third Bronco from Bonnell Ford. The sales staff is always very friendly and professional. We've worked with Ben who's takes the stress and haggling out of buying a new car. We have been so happy with the Bronco that now everyone in the family drives one. I previously drove Cadillac's and was never happy with the sales or service. Bonnell Ford is great! Their service department is also very helpful and professional. They even offer a service to drop your car back to your house when the work is done. Overall we love working with all of the sales and service staff at Bonnell. We will continue to buy our cars from them in the future. Great dealership!

So glad we came to stoneham ford to look for a car. This is what all dealerships should be like! We came not knowing exactly what we wanted, and Dave helped talk us through the different bronco options/levels & add ons. He was not pushy at all and extremely patient with me. I would for sure recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a ford!

Jack Madden Ford review
One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Brittany was excellent, knowledgeable, and gave the best demo with attention to every detail, and certainly was not pushy (which is a criticism I have had with other dealerships). An all around enjoyable experience....wonderful interactions with the sales manager, finance manager and Jack Madden. Beautiful new service facility with exceptionally friendly staff. We will be back.

Great experience dealing with Bruce D'ambra at Rodman Ford. After getting the run around at a competing Ford dealer ended up in Foxboro and very glad I did. Rodman Ford review
Great experience dealing with Bruce D'ambra at Rodman Ford. After getting the run around at a competing Ford dealer ended up in Foxboro and very glad I did. Bruce was a true professional that handled every detail and made buying my new 350 effortless. If you are in the market for a Ford don't hesitate to call Bruce hes the best.

Maria warms very detailed in explaining what work was needed on my vehicle, and what the cost of each item would be. And she contacted me frequently through the day to give me the status of the work.

Irwin Automotive Group review
Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!
