Great Team at Jackson Ford! I have bought several vehicles here and the entire team treats you like family throughout the whole experience! They are the only place I trust to service my vehicles as well with a very professional and knowledgeable team! Courtesy drivers to get me back to and pick me up! I can’t wait to get my next Raptor from them soon! ~ Mark

It was a pleasure to deal with both Chad and Aaron. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal, the hangup was completely on my end. The team was extremely patient and accommodating with me, and tried their best finding a solution. The truck in question was in great condition and was honestly a gem, it just wasn't meant to be in this case. Although this dealership is far from me I will continue to keep an eye on their inventory, as it would be a pleasure to make a deal with them in the future.

Chrissy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She tries her hardest to make sure customers leave with the car of their dream. I have not-so-great credit and she went back and forth to make sure I got approved and had a monthly payment I was happy with. I strongly recommend talking to her if you’re in the market for a new or used car.

We didn't end up getting a van there or anywhere. We loved their helpfulness with trying to get us the best loan possible and low payments but in the end the lender not the dealer just couldn't give us the low payment that we needed to get a van. So we are still saving and hope that with more of a down payment we can have a newer van by this summer from them. Again so kind and helpful can't wait to work with them again.

No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.

Great experience buying a Ford Maverick from Sam Leman. Alfonso was my salesman and the experience was positive. Can was detailed and filled with gas. I had previously bought a car for Napleton's in Urbana, IL. It was such a horrid experience that I would never buy from them again. Next time I need another vehicle I will be going back to Sam Leman.

These guys were very easy to work with especially since I didn’t live close to the dealership, 7 hrs away. They answered all my questions. They didn’t pressure me at any time during my car search process. They gave me a great price, a great deal on a ceramic coat and a few other rebates as well. I would travel 7 hrs again to do business with them.

Kristy was the best!! We came in with 0 expectations due to previous bad experiences in car buying elsewhere. We ended up leaving in a dream vehicle after only a couple hours of being there! It wasn't a whole day process and she gave space for my husband and I to make a decision that we both felt good about when we left 😀 10/10 recommend
