2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

My wife and myself came to this dealership for the second time in 5 years to purchase another vehicle. On December 30,2025 , we came here without an appointment to see Frank Tucci. To my surprise, he had a deal for us and a warranty advisor for us the next day. We purchased our car the next day. Smiles everywhere. We never considered going any place else. I got a good deal !!

X Drive Auto Sales, Inc. review
Awesome experience buying our Cadillac DTS. Jay is very helpful. He suggested the best possible financing with a local Credit Union. The process was easy and done mostly online and phone. When it was time to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. We were able to save a little money by transferring a plate from our previous car, which Jay took care of... no trip to Secretary of State will be required! I was in and out the door, driving home in less than an hour.
2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Serra Ford Farmington Hills review
????? I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Serra Ford, and I can't say enough great things about my sales guy Will and the entire team there. I came in on a Saturday morning knowing exactly what I wanted in an F-150, and Will made it his mission to check every single box. He listened, he delivered, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Finding the right truck with all my specific requirements could have easily turned into a stressful, multi-week ordeal ? but Will made it feel effortless. What really blew me away was how smoothly everything came together. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot, the entire process ? test drive, negotiation, financing, and delivery ? was handled all in one Saturday morning. That kind of efficiency is rare in any industry, let alone car buying. The finance team was just as impressive ? quick, transparent, and no surprises. Everything was clearly explained and handled with professionalism. If you're in the market for a Ford and want a buying experience that's actually enjoyable, ask for Will at Serra Ford. He and his team have set the gold standard for what car buying should feel like. I drove away in my dream F-150 with a huge smile on my face, and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! ??

Gorno FordReviews
Gorno Ford review
Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Called Ryan Acheson on a Tuesday afternoon about my interest in an F-150, ran some cases and numbers, sent over the relevant numbers and highlighted key lines, no nonsense. I arrived Wednesday to find the numbers matched, were straightforward and up front - did not change when I arrived to the dealer. Long story short, Ryan Acheson got me in my exact truck and spec I wanted, for a lower monthly payment, less money down than I thought I would need, and I was even happy with the $0 down sign and drive deal he put together for me. He worked with used car sales to get me a fair deal on a trade in as well and cut me a check. Completely took away any dealer fear and made it quick and painless. Couldn’t be happier. Because of this experience, I will be returning to work with Ryan, and sending my family (all ford family) to Gorno moving forward.

Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! This was the first time in over 50 years of buying a car that I had to order a car and wait almost 3 months for it, but it was so worth the wait ! My salesman, Jim Flynn, made the process so easy, from ordering the car, to the day of delivery. Thrilled with the color I picked out (Area 51) and so glad I went with the black top -- it really makes a difference in the way the car looks. Could not be happier with my purchase.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

Used sales was great. Very professional and upfront. Good experience. Finance (additional sales) was a bit extreme, typical of every dealership whether I buy new or used. I realize its part of the dealership’s job, but kinda annoying. Also, pulled 7 credit checks! Disappointing. Instead of making me wait in the waiting area and searching 7 different banks/credit unions they could have come out and asked me. I would have got the loan from my credit union without the hits on my report. In total, typical process at any dealer. Just way too many credit pulls.

Purchased a used vehicle here with Max as my salesperson. We purchased it sight unseen online. Max provided extra pics and videos and answered our questions immediately. He took care of sending paperwork overnight and ensuring process was completed in a timely manner. He also assisted with shipping process of vehicle 300 miles to us. All went smoothly and vehicle was received as described. Greatly appreciated. Greg

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Keith at Village Ford in Dearborn was absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who is this professional, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Keith at Village Ford Dearborn. Truly a top-notch experience.

Serra Ford Farmington Hills review
Robert Bell was a great sales guy to work with. I got a great truck
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Pat Milliken FordReviews
Pat Milliken Ford review
Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. Great results. Thank you Tim for everything. I won't let you down!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.

Just purchased a 2022 Ford Escape from Varity Ford in Ann Arbor. Our agent Tomm Eady was most helpful in facilitating the transaction. Most welcome was the personalized delivery of the car to our home . We had some concerns that were promply addressed. The service provided by Varsity was outstanding. We shall recommend Varsity to our neighbors in Walled Lake. Hats off to Tom and the entire Varsity team.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

Haggerty Ford review
Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.
