2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Very smooth process and it helped we had an idea of what we wanted anyway. Only took a few hours to finalize the deal. We would happily buy from there again.

5 stars – Honest, efficient, and the reason I came back This was my second time working with Josh Hendrix, and I specifically came back because of how straightforward he is. We were buying a car for my daughter, and I appreciated that Josh didn’t push, didn’t upsell, and didn’t waste our time. He gave us a fair offer from the start and made the process easy. After dealing with salespeople at other dealerships who overtalk or dodge questions, Josh is someone I trust. If you’re buying a car, especially for family, he’s the one to work with.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Michigan City Ford review
I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. Ran into a few glitches on a few issues which I was confused about but they were promptly handled much to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. I met the General Manager Greg and my salesman was Blake who I highly recommend This was my first experience with Michigan City Ford and they will be my dealer moving forward for all future needs. I highly recommend Michigan City Ford, they go the extra mile. Patricia L Mason

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Oliver Ford review
I have purchased many vehicles with Oliver Ford in Plymouth Indiana. I have never been disappointed with a purchase. Everybody is always really nice. Most recently I helped my daughter buy a new ford bronco at Oliver. Scott, our sales guy, was just awesome! My daughter really liked him as well. He was very professional and respectful. Thank you for being so kind to us Scott! This dealership is grade A. I would recommend Oliver Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle. John Oliver is their owner/president. Really nice guy. He is very honest. The kind of guy you can trust. Always has a smile on his face. I wanted to thank you sir for all the good experiences I have had with your dealership! John Eisemann was the gentleman who helped us with the financing part. Thank you sir for helping us put together such a good purchase. Finally, thank you Oliver Ford, for being the best dealership around!

Just bought a car from R&B car company. I worked with a sales representative named Sam. He did an excellent job selling me my 2021 Jeep gladiator he walked me through the whole process was completely honest with everything he made the car buying experience, painless. Great Deals on Wheels review
I want to leave a review about the manager, Richie. He was very professional and offered me a great deal on a truck. He walked me through each trade in value, as I was trading in 2 motorcycles. The interest rate was a great number and my payment was going to be lower than expected. However, I fell in love with a different truck at another dealership so I respectfully declined the offer. I would definitely come to Great Deals on Wheels first next time im in the market for a great used vehicle.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Needed a bake actuator pump on my 2008 Prius. At 210000 and 15 years old a new one was to costly. The parts dept went on a search and found one in the after market and saved me half the cost of replacing it. Super nice people. Brian in the device dept went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Paul Heuring FordReviews
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Jim Dobson FordReviews
Jim Dobson Ford review
I had the pleasure of working with Jim Dobson Ford on a 22 Ram Trx. My salesman was Sean Tolson and I was an out of state customer almost 1000 miles away. When buying pretty much sight unseen it’s imperative that the salesman is trustworthy and transparent with everything and that he was, sending me pics of the vehicle and keeping me updated throughout the whole process of any changes. I decided to fly out and drive the truck back. I got to meet the team at Jim Dobson Ford, “a group of great people” and checked out a few of their old school muscle cars on the showroom floor (not for sale). They even gave me a free car cover and a few bags of caramel popcorn for the ride back home. All in all it was a great experience working with this dealership 10 out of 10.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my 4th Ford Explorer over the last 20 years and I am very happy. Every time I upgrade is nicer in every aspect. I am glad that after so many people telling me to just go to another style and company, I made the right decision.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

LaPorte FordReviews
LaPorte Ford review
We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. I have spoken with many dealers and this was by far the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Dave is finance was awesome, he was so fair with pricing and worked hard to find the best rate and gave me breaks on pricing for the add ons to ensure my families bronco stayed on great condition long after I left the lot. The customer first approach was evident from the first contact to the follow up on my 5/6 calls to Tim after to learn the complexities of all the new tech on the Bronco! What a great team Brent ( manager) has assembled! If you are looking for a hassle free, customer centric experience at the best pricing - you better call this team! The Gallaghers
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

John was outstanding, best car buying experience I have ever had! The people were awesome and a pool table in the bathroom!
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.
