Honda Sales and Service can't be beat!

When my brand new (25 days old) Honda Accord Hybrid was rear ended and badly damaged, Everyone from the managers, finance people and sales person went out of their way to get me into a new Honda exactly like the one that was wrecked. They worked on a deal that sent me home with a brand new car. The salesman, Nick Furnas, and the finance person, Taylor Freeborn worked hard to get the honda I wanted. Nick was very helpful--even called to see how I was doing when he saw my wrecked vehicle sitting on the lot. Not a lot of sales people care enough to do that. Taylor got me in and out of his office quickly and efficiently--he had the deal worked up and ready to sign before I came into the dealership. Out of a rating of 1-10 (10 being the highest) I give the guys at Bend Honda a 15!!!!!! I've purchased 8 Hondas from Bend Honda (2 for my son) since 2008 and the service people are also great--courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
