The sales person I worked with was very understanding of my limited budget. They were very willing to work with me and gave me a very good deal on the car I was interested in. The sale went smoothly and quickly.
I moved away from the area a couple of years ago and while visiting my truck broke down, you would expect to have to wait in the end of the line like most Chevy dealers in the area and miss work but that's not what happened here. The parts were sourced quickly and I was back in the road quicker than expected and they were nice enough to give me a loaner while I waited.
I had been looking online for a used vehicle for quite awhile when I found Melissa & Garber Midland. Melissa was the first person from a dealer that really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offer suggestions & options. She is amazing! When I received word that I needed to purchase a new vehicle, I had no idea what to do. I had been recommended to talk to Tyler Lister at Garber, so that is what I did. From the moment I walked in the doors, everyone was trying to help me get what I needed. I was on a time crunch and everyone knew. They were willing to try everything to get me financed and on the road. It took three days, but everything worked out in the end. I was super satisfied with my purchase and with my experience at Garber!

I never imagined going to a dealership that was as far away as they were from home, but I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved every minute I spent at their showroom. The salespeople were awesome. They made me feel like they cared about me, not so much the sale. I was very happy with Jason Wiles. He didn't mind helping us out and just being there as a person, not as a salesman. He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again. Definite 5 stars for this dealership!
I want to start off by saying thank you to Steve Goff and the LaFontaine of Birch Run team. The work put in for the second time within 3 months is wonderful. Bought a car a few months back and bought another recently, with two different sellers but the same energy. Highly reccomend Steve Goff he gets the job done and you won't be disappointed. He wants you to be happy and comfortable and not to just sell you a car. Thanks again to Steve and everyone who was involved!!!
I recently purchased a vehicle "out of state" for the first time through LaFontaine & they made it an easier process than I anticipated. A big to Jeremy Trent who was friendly, professional, & responsive throughout all of our communication leading up to & after the sale. Everyone else that I've talked to at LaFontaine has shown the same. Not all car buying experiences are alike (& I've had some less than favorable), but this went as well as I had hoped, enough so to write a review which is something I rarely do. I would purchase from them again, even being a few states away.

I purchased a used Ford Expedition. I worked with Bret during the sales process. Bret made himself a available to answer questions and was very knowledgeable about the buying process. The guys actually delivered my car to my house which was over 65 miles away. Thanks Bret! Now the not so good, but I do not see this being Bret’s fault. Some guy from warranty department contacted me and tried selling me some useless warranties I didn’t want. He then claimed I wanted some glass treatment done which was $895.00. I never wanted it done. Then I was told it was standard on every car. Who pays $895.00 for a glass treatment on a used car? The sales manager did not impress me either. He tried creating a high pressure sales environment when I was there. I don’t appreciate high pressure sales. They wouldn’t take my word that I would be in a few days later to buy the car. Where’s the trust? The only reason I would ever go back to that place would be to have Bret as my sales guy.
Good people! Went in to see the exact car that I wanted. Did a test drive immediately, loved the car. They did what they could to make sure that I would leave home with the car that I wanted. And I did just that! Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and professional. Thanks Nick
