Very pleasant and helpful returning my calls and getting back to me. The Manager even called when the assigned salesman was out of town.

Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

Outstanding Experience — Ask for Mohammed and Gordon! I don’t usually write reviews, but after our experience here I felt compelled to share. My partner and I came in not entirely sure what we were looking for, and Mohammed and Gordon made the whole process genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable and patient — he never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what we actually needed (and what our budget realistically was) and pointed us toward options that made sense for us, not just the priciest thing on the lot. Mohamed stepped in to help us work through the numbers, and he was equally straightforward and transparent. He clearly explained everything, answered all our questions, and found a way to make it work for us. No hidden surprises, no last-minute add-ons we didn’t ask for — just honest, no-nonsense service. We drove away happy, confident in our purchase, and genuinely impressed by how the whole team operates. If you’re in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and ask for Mohammed and Gordon. These are the kind of people who make a stressful process feel easy. We’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle.

This vehicle is everything iv wanted and MORE! I showed up to the dealership with a price range I wanted to stick by & wanted the ability to get a vehicle that had a 4X4 button to drive through the weather in the winter. I was not only able to get these two things from my purchase but also came with lots of extra bells and whistles

2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

We had a great experience with Southtowne Mitsubishi. We purchased an electric car from them and had it shipped to our home in KCK. The team took their time, answered all our questions, and made sure everything worked perfectly for us. We really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
2017 Ford Explorer review
I have had several Explorers all have been great vehicles. My newest is only a couple years old. I also still have a great running 26 year old with almost 200k miles. Never had a big or expensive problem with either. I can say the same for the BMWs, Mercedes and Infinity’s I have owned…Once these expensive vehicles warranty expired everything but their engine seemed to fall apart. My Fords are reliable and never break down (knock on wood) Not flashy like the imports but solid.

I saw on their website a 2014 power stroke with 95,000 miles. I told the dealership I was flying in from New Mexico and I wanted to make sure the truck was as described as I was coming from a long distance and did not want to be disappointed. They picked me up from the airport and the truck was as described. They had me in and out of there in a half hour. They got me a better rate than I could get in my town as well. I highly recommend this dealer!

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Anderson MotorReviews
Anderson Motor review
Buying from Anderson Motor Company was an amazing experience. Family owned and operated service. I was dreading the process of buying a car because of all the haggling, hidden fees, and dishonesty associated with the car buying process. I called the day before we came in to see if they had the car we were looking for. Scott was very knowledgable about each car on his lot, and was very friendly. The next morning when we went to go look at the cars that were available at the dealership and found all the cars were clean, orderly, and well kept. Scott was very kind, not the typical "Used Car Salesman", and willing to work with us to find a car that fit our needs, and worked with us on the pricing to be extremely competitive, and genuinely cared about our situation. I have never had a car buying experience like this. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at Anderson Motor Company it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a car from Automatch, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The process was very straightforward and honest, which I really appreciated, especially since I was buying from out of state. I was able to go on a test drive, and once I decided I liked the car, they helped me with everything I needed—especially while I was working with my bank. They guided me through the paperwork and made sure everything was filled out correctly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Automatch to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership, even if you're buying from out of state. Thanks again for making the process so easy! Thanks Jake and Moe

2004 Ford Explorer review
My Explorer was left to me in my friends will I knew the truck for a few years before inheriting it and except for 1 thing have had NO problems with it other than normal maintenance and I LOVE this truck and have no intention of getting rid of it unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO... and then I would still be hesitant about it ! It's always started and drove excellent especially in snow !!! My truck has 90600 miles it was given to me at 75000 miles ... only negative is that before I got it my friend needed to replace the transmission due to losing reverse (literally out of nowhere) WE were both stunned about it .... I wish I could check the transmission fluid by a dipstick too !

Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
We live out of state but found the van we wanted on their lot. We called the dealership, put down $500 and did the finance application online. Flew in to Salt Lake was picked up at the airport signed papers and was on our way. Such a good experience we would buy another vehicle from them even thought its a 10hr drive home.
2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Purchasing my new vehicle from Woods Cross was a smooth and enjoyable journey. Jarel helped me find my perfect first car and Brayden went out of his way to ensure I understood each step, making the buying process seamless and efficient. The dealership had a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease immediately. I drove away thrilled with my purchase, feeling confident and well-informed thanks to the excellent service. If you're in search of a new car, Woods Cross is definitely the place to check out!
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Performance Toyota Bountiful review
David and ashley went out of their way to find a truck that I was looking for and when they did, they contacted me right away. I set up an appointment for me to do a test drive and then work out my trade-in. I was very happy with their professionalism and their eagerness to give me what I wanted. The whole team at the dealership did a great job getting me home with my new truck. They made the trade-in and financing very painless and we’re able to negotiate a deal very quickly. They took care of everything and I was in and out within a few hours. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. They have a gigantic inventory on their lot. Everything was very transparent and accessible on. I’m very happy and pleased with the outcome thanks again David and Ashley.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2017 Ford Explorer review
I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.
