My husband bought me a 2018 Ford Fusion on February 14th. He said this was the by the far the easiest car buying experience he has ever had. He also said he was impressed with his salesman it was raining and he came out in the rain and helped him find vehicle. I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
I did not end up buying a car from here ONLY because i ended up chosing a different one they did not have it stock. But the attention and time that Leon in sales gave me prompted me to write this. He took time out to keep checking up on me and helping me. I wish they would have had the car i bought just so he got the credit!

This is my second Explorer lease and I couldn’t be happier with it. Rides and handles great, plenty of room, good mileage for its size, and great for long distance trips!
We ordered the exact vehicle we wanted and the staff was very informative and patient during the process. We were very pleased with the service and all the helpful staff when the truck was delivered. Would definitely use this dealership again.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I recently bought a 2013 dodge avenger from Steve Marsh milan tennessee Phillip Mcknight was awesome salesperson he went above and beyond to help me get financing with not the best credit score the whole team was very friendly they even provided coffre and popcorn ehile we waited and a lounge with tv I am very pleased with way I was treated and with car I will definetly buy there again Thanks guys for all your help!!!!!!

I am beyond disgusted with all the problems I have had. The first wk I got I noticed the door alignment was not right, then there is a weird sound that comes on when the ac is on but it doesn't always make the sound. The battery had to be replaced after 2 yrs and the horn also went out after 2 yrs. Now tonight a fan will not shut off so I had to disconnect the battery cable. I am the only owner got it brand new but I feel I got a lemon.
The customer service was great. They were tactful about time and was courteous about getting my car back to me. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Kia of Jackson have my Business, they took care of me!!!!!

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
We drove over 2 hours to buy a Jeep from American Motors and it was the best car buying experience ever! Everyone is really nice and don't play the crazy games like the big "new car" stores. Ask for Mark or Ben and they will hook you up!

First off I hate shopping & the thought of buying a vehicle made me sick & complete dread! I started by going online to local dealers to see what was on the lots, I can’t stand haggling & I knew what I wanted to spend. Went to Perkins & wasn’t surrounded by vultures, laid back experience & such an easy process. Sean was great to work with!!

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
It took a week to get the car transferred ( in State)
I paid cash and it still took 4 hrs.
When it came time to sell them my used car, they said there was a prob. ( according to Auto check) I spent two weeks to clear a title that said totaled . After many , many phone calls, I find out they were interpreting "Caleteral damage,car repaired, claim paid" as totaled. Even when I got a letter from the insurer stating it wasn't totaled, they refused to budge. I'm so frustrated! They want to offer me 1/5 what my car is worth. I can't deal with these people!! If it hadn't dragged out for two weeks, I would take the newly purchased vehicle back. Lesson learned!!!!
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
Victory Honda made the process of getting a car very easy. We worked with Jeff Wardlow and purchased a Honda HR-V. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and nice. Would recommend this dealership!

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash

It’s the perfect size for a family of 4. I love the dual sunroof and navigation. It’s very comfortable. we are wanting to down size from an Expedition because of the fuel cost and the Explorer still has the 3rd row.
Very Helpful and Great Service, Stopped in dealership because my truck had problems and had no appointment was great at repairing my truck to get me back on the road. The service writer Nancy was very helpful and is a great benefit to this dealership

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
