My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. 2019 Ford Explorer review
Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.
2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped
