Our desire was to look at multiple vehicles from multiple manufacturers without getting a lot of sales calls from multiple Dealerships. O???Daniel Ford & Salesman Scott Oser pleasantly obliged us with this request. Once we identified the best value for our money, we shared with Scott the model & options we desired. Within a day, his search of the region found a vehicle matching what we were looking for minus a 2nd seat console which he noted that the O???Daniel Body Shop could obtain/install with no problem. The vehicle was delivered late Saturday and by early Tuesday morning the console was installed, vehicle cleaned, gassed & available for us to review and test drive. The subsequent purchase process was simple as well. Scott & Mike had both reviewed allowable rebates & financing offers from Ford and offered their thoughts of what was the best option(s). Final pricing was well within the acceptable range given our past internet search & review. Hence within 15 minutes or less, all paperwork was completed and the 2018 Platinum Ford Explorer was ours. Of course this just outlines the typical process of buying a vehicle but the O'Daniel Dealership and Sales Personnel make things a lot more personable. When you walk in and your point of contact is busy, someone else will offer to assist until your desired contact is free. If you just want to roam around and look at their lineup, they are fine with that as well. Each employee takes a little time to get to know you, all while sharing a little about themselves and their pride in O'Daniel Ford. Sales Personnel are confident in their knowledge of the Ford Vehicles and take the time to share their expertise of the various styles/features available. They also have a keen knowledge of how things have fared in their Service Dept. and the support their Body Shop can offer. Upon delivery a one-on-one run thru of all the vehicles capabilities occurs all the way down to syncing a cell phone, setting the mirrors, seat and even radio stations if you want. Knowing that questions will arise, you are invited to come back in a week, two or whenever to ask questions and seek additional assistance. All in all their end desire is that you will purchase a vehicle from their Dealership because that is their business & what they do. The critical thing is how they do it. No constant phone calls, pitches or other tactics used by some other Dealerships or Internet contacts. In short the O???Daniel Ford Team listens, acts upon your guidance/desire and strives to make the experience to your liking supplemented as needed by their expertise.
