This car met my needs. It is spacious for my 3 kids and their friends, with plenty of room on the third row sit. The remote key and keyless start is very useful, specially summer time, when you can leave the car locked but running, so the AC is still cooling.

Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

I walked into Sayville Ford about a month ago looking for an F-150. I was only interested in one with a special editions. I was first greeted by a man named Pete who was very friendly and welcomed me right away. Next, I was directed towards John, a salesman who is extremely knowledgeable about the F150. At first, we could not find one that was in my price range or had the extras that I wanted. After weeks of John repeatedly searching for my truck we finally found one in Massachusetts. John pushed for Sayville Ford to purchase the truck, so I can lease it out (at a payment that I told him I needed it to be). He went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. After, I sat down in the finance office with Tom and had a great time cracking sarcastic jokes to one another. Finally, John delivered the car to me with professionalism. He didnt just say here's the car and go. John took his time, even after he was supposed to be out by 9pm, to go over everything. Overall my experience with Sayville Ford was the best dealer experience I've ever had. All of the gentlemen who helped me were stand up professionals and made me feel comfortable and welcome. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer.My family has always been a ford family..

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. When my husband first went into Generation Kia, it was only because the dealership was so close to his job. We had a worn out Oldsmobile Delta 88 and we desperately needed a new car, but we had never bought a new vehicle before, ever. My husband met David Pigate first, and when he called me and told me he was looking at cars, I didn't expect us to get approved. We didn't have the greatest credit and we had only been in NY for a year. David was very optimistic though. When I got to the dealership and met David I was first struck by how genuinely nice he was. He didn't give off that sleazy used car dealer vibe that we all think of when we think of car dealerships. He was outgoing, sweet, and took a genuine interest in us. He even got our daughter a couple snacks while we were waiting. That was the only thing that sucks about car buying is the waiting, and the waiting, and the hours you spend there. But, we didn't have great credit AND we couldn't do a huge downpayment, so we knew they were working hard to figure things out for us. We ended up with a really nice 2014 Jeep Patriot with payments that we could afford and even afterwards when we were having issues with all of the points we needed to finish registering the car, they let us take the Jeep home on dealer tags so I wouldn't be left without a car. Fast forward a year later to now, and my husband needed to get a second vehicle for work. He wanted a Dodge Ram 1500. At first, he looked at actual Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. He got "pre-approved" with "no money down" by Chrysler Capital and we thought that was pretty great. After talking to one dealership though, he felt pretty good about a truck, but the next day (after they had run inquiries on his credit like TEN times) they never called him back. He was livid. We talked to another Dodge/Chrysler dealership and kind of had the same thing. They didn't have a huge selection of older used Rams (like 2010-2013) and the only one that they did have that we could really afford we couldn't get financed for. Frustrated with everything, my husband was about to give up. I told him (even before we went to the second dealership) that we should call David again. He didn't think they'd have anything for us, but lo and behold they had a couple Rams that were just what my husband was looking for. My husband went and looked at a couple and we really liked one. Talking to David and Ron, we realized that my husband's credit and mine as well had taken a hard hit from the other dealerships who had flooded our credit with over 20 inquiries in less than two days! David and Ron explained how this would look to the banks in trying to get a loan, but they said they would try anyways for us. Again, David worked tirelessly for us. He even came in on his day off to help finalize the paperwork and we were able to get our second vehicle! This dealership is the best. They really do treat you like family. I could go on and on. Honestly, David was and is the best car salesman ever and he ruined it for every other car salesman out there :-D.

This car looks 'classy', has lots of 'bells and whistles', lots of horsepower, very 'cushy' inside. Sadly, had to say good bye to our Jeep Sahara; she was not well. We'll miss her looks, but we'll enjoy the smooth ride, and cush of our Explorer.

It was one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences we have ever had. Our Salesman was extremely pleasant and actually listened to our concerns and what we were actually looking for. We had previously visited BMW,Mercedes and Infiniti and not being exactly thrilled at the approach of any if the sales people we dealt with .Having owned Ford Explorers and Escapes for the past 8 years we decided to look at the Lincoln's before making a final decision.Glad we did,we love our new MKC The Finance Manager was respectful and professional and again actually listened to what we were saying, believe me a rare find nowadays. The dealership Manager actually spoke to us and assured us that they would be there for anything we needed.Something we didn't feel at other dealerships.Will definitely recommend this dales ship to friends and family .
