I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.
I found my specific Ford Edge online and emailed the dealership to set up a viewing. Everything went so smoothly. It had been many years since I purchased a new car. Had very specific needs due to my health and Hector was very patient to listen to them and my price range and to even show me vehicles not Ford products. A lot of this was done over the phone. I looked at some cars before I went in, researched during recovery and spent lots of time on the phone and email with questions for several weeks getting things narrowed down. Even took the time to come to me when I couldn't drive yet.
I ended up with my best trade in deal and health fit being the new 2018 Ecosport and for the first time got to pick my vehicles color. The big screen that hooks straight onto my phone and mimics everything so it's hands free is great. Easy to see navigation, back up camera, plenty of leg room for rear passengers and cargo space for my needs.

He helped me with all my questions, gave me advice, and drove me home after the shuttle service was closed. He arranged his colleague to help me on time when he was at home. I picked a vehicle and switched to another one a week later. He was friendly and patient in the whole process. He really wanted me to be happy with what I was buying.
I brought my old ford focus to the service department due to a weird noise I was hearing. The service team found that my car needed over $2000 of repairs, which I was NOT paying, so I was essentially carless.
