LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Fiat of Lansing review
They were a bit backed up when I dropped off my car, but once they were able to look at it, the turnaround was fast and the repair was very well done. Nice people and easy to work with! They handled the Silver Rock insurance for me, and did a great job overall. :)
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

So i contacted dealership regarding vehicle. A real salesperson emailed me back. I asked for ipacket and walk around vehicle. He responded immediately with my request. I declined purchasing the car because it wasn’t in the best condition. A few days later the salesperson contacted me again saying the car was reduced $2000. I appreciate the follow up

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Zeigler Ford of Lowell review
I had a great experience working with Bill Meier at Zeigler Ford in Lowell. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me get into the exact truck I wanted. What I appreciated most was that he worked hard to make sure the payment fit my budget without any pressure or sales tactics. He made the whole buying experience straightforward and stress-free. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and want someone who genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend Bill Meier and the team at Zeigler Ford in Lowell.
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Serra Auto Campus review
My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Might even have to visit family in Michigan the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Great experience! Highly recommend. I have never had an easier or more comfortable experience purchasing my car. My salesperson went over all of my technology and made sure that I was connected to everything before I had even signed my paperwork. They’re definitely my dealer.

Courtney Munce helped me get my 3rd car (White in photo) and even helped me get the repair needed on the car.. She is wonderful in communications with texting since I can not hear on phones. Definitely recommend anyone to see her for their next car. I will go there again for the next car as I have not been disappointed with my purchases.. For those who are deaf/ cannot hear on phones.. Come see Courtney, you will not be disappointed! Thank you very much Courtney Munce!
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Serra Auto Campus review
I am a widow who does not know much about cars—they were my under husband’s purview. I have so valued the consistent, reliable, competent, efficient service from Serra Mercedes. Most recently, Ken who was my service rep and Austyn was my service tech. They both hit the ball out of the park. They educated me, made suggestions, and outlined options…..and then enacted our agreements in a professional and timely manner. And both were superbly kind.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Zeigler Ford of Lowell review
Bill made the car shopping process go smoothly. Highly recommend the dealership as well as him.
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln review
I worked with a young lady by the name Lexi on a Mustang MachE GT. I was very impressed with her attention to detail when it came to features that were important to me and my family. She went in great detail about the current dealer incentives as well as the really cool powertrain warranty Morries offers. She walked me through the options she had available and showed me what other morries locations have, I really felt like I wasn't pressured at all, and she wanted me to drive off in the right vehicle. I will be recommending all my friends in the market for a ford, to speak directly with Lexi.

Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!

Kearns Motor Car Co. review
This dealership has an impressive slate of exotic cars, I was just looking for a lesser jag. They treated me very well not pushy and very helpful. There were no hassles in getting to test drive the car I was looking at. When I decided to walk away there was no pushback or pressure to “ run the numbers”. Both the sales person and the manager communicate with me to ensure my experience was a positive one.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.
