Bought my thrid bmw ...first from fairfield bmw in montoursville. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS IS WHAT A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. The advisor Marcus klees goes beoynd any sales person i ahve met and the manager Courtney McFarland will make sure you are satisfied as a client through the whole buying experience. I always thought beat delas on east coast were in ny or nj as they carry larger inventory but i was wrong.they were able to not just procure the car from Connecticut but also deliver it to me without even.leaving my house to go to dealership . Plus they match and compete on pruce......IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A BMW AND WANT TO EXPERIENCE SERVICE BAR NONE, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH...THX AGAIN MARCUS AND COURTNEY FOR MAKING. I have been buying cars from Fairfield for over 20 years. I bought my first brand new car in 1994, it was a F-150 XLT Lariat. I used them for service and never had a bad time, they would even wash and vacuum my car when I would take it in for service. I just recently bought my eighth vehicle from them of course not all of them were for me my wife and kids also needed vehicles. But this last vehicle I purchased the sales team went out of their way including the GSM to find me the perfect 2015 platinum F-150, and I love it. The 2011 F-150 I traded in they gave me what I believed was a very fair value for and a great deal on the new truck. I do not believe the other reviews I have read on here because every time I am here I am very well taken care of and if they are busy they do their very best to accommodate everyone there.

Found the truck I wanted and buying was easy. However, both the dealership and myself didn't see before the truck left the dealership that it had a broken lens on one of the fog lights. I went back a few days later to see what could they do, but one person gave me nothing. The salesman had to step in and set up that we each pay half. In the past, this would not have been a problem. Service dept. is top notch. Great guys.
