Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington, MO gave me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a used Acura from them in Dec 2013. They were much more willing to deal than the few St. Louis dealerships I shopped at. The money I saved was well worth the drive to Washington. The car I bought ended up having some problems and the dealership went above what could be expected to make it right. I highly recommend this dealership.

Just purchased a 2018 Raptor from Marshall Ford and am very happy with the entire purchase process. Raptors are in high demand and in SoCal dealers are asking as much as $20K over MSRP. Almost decided not to get the Raptor due to outrageous dealer ADMs. However, Jim Parisi to the rescue! He advertised the Raptor at $1K below MSRP, ordered exactly what I wanted and I am now the owner of a new 2018 Raptor. Everyone at Marshall Ford was great to deal with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I traveled 2100 miles to get my new truck and had an awesome cross-country road trip in my new Raptor. Well worth it and my thanks again to Jim and everyone at Marshall Ford! We watched a vehicle on the website for a couple of weeks when we finally had time to come out for a test drive....at 2 pm on a Saturday. Mark B graciously had it ready and we walked out with the keys by 5 pm. A very good buying experience

We worked with Milton Wright. We came to the dealership with a vehicle in mind. He helped us to it right away and was very pleasant. When it came down to the negotiating he was very patient and willing to listen to our requests. He was easy to talk to and personable. We will be back to see him again in the future.
I just want to reach out. Me and my husband came in to have are Honda Accord serviced and I was greeted by a young man name Logan. From the second Logan saw us pull up he started walking toward the car with a smile on are face. The way Logan greeted us at our service appointment is beyond explainable. He told me that he only believes in doing what needs to be done to the car and never recommends something with out knowing that it needs to be done. He earned mine as well as my husbands trust more then any service guy ever has. To follow all of these great things Logan then came into the waiting room where we were sitting and brought me as well as my husband a bottle of water and a bag of popcorn and sat down right next to us. Me and my husband both looked at each other and did not know what to say. Logan sat there and talked to us for over 15 min about how much he appriates are services and that he truly wants his customers to have trust in him. He told me that if there is ever anything I have a question about or just need advise that I can call his personal phone and that I am never a bothered and followed by pulling a buisness card out with his number. I will only have my car serviced by Logan from here on out. Even if that means I have a different brand car. Me nor my husband have ever met such a kind young man.

Murray Newton is a knowledgeable, patient, kind person. Not just a salesaman - a truly good person. Absolutely no pressure tactics. He spent an entire 4 plus hours allowing me to learn and test drive 3 vehicles in lousy cold, snowy weather. I never felt as though he was losing any enthusiasm for what he does or impatience with me. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If I am in the market again, he would be my first call.
They have no-haggle pricing. Their asking price on the car I bought was $2,100 under low-end Kelley Blue Book. No head games to take the extras: e.g., extended warranty, insurance or VIN glass etching.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer this week and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would like to thank Adam Stead, my salesman - Mike Lautner, the Finance Manager and Terry Overkamp, the General Manager for the OUTSTANDING SALES AND SERVICE they provided. The day after I picked up the car I had a problem with the air conditioner. Adam, Mike and Terry worked as a team to resolve the problem. Terry provided a loaner car and went the extra mile to complete the repair in 1 day.
I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
