Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. Excellent truck for towing a camping trailer. Handles the tough hills with no problems and does so in comfort. You can pull a trailer and add a good amount of weight to the bed.

She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.
2011 Ford F-250 review
Bought new, H&S tune at 10, 000 miles. Max tune settings at 15,000 miles. Transfer case went out @ 70,000miles ( neglegent operation). Transmission replaced / upgraded at 150,000 miles. Been problem free ever since. Currently have 230K. Max mpg is 20. Normal is 13-16. Towing heavy is 10ish
