Kelley Buick GMC of BartowReviews
Kelley Buick GMC of Bartow review
I had an excellent experience at Kelley Buick GMC. From start to finish, the team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and respect. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail without pressure, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. A special thanks to Gustavo Sanchez and Russell Hernandez — both went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the best fit for me. The finance process was straightforward, the dealership was clean and welcoming, and I never once felt rushed or “sold.” If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and treats you right, Kelley Buick GMC is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

CarHeroes review
As I’m a couple hours from their location, Car Heroes worked with me over the phone to answer questions and get details and pricing/financing on some trucks. Cornell and Dominic worked very hard to earn my business, though the truck just wasn’t the right one for me. I would work with them again. I regret that I couldn’t buy from them this time. Thank you, sirs.

Highly recommend, see Kevin in Sales - No pressure sale's , also finance was no pressure, and no upselling. This has been our 3rd car from this dealership since 1980, 2 new ones and one used.
2015 Ford F-250 review
This is definitely a well built truck. Rugged and durable plus a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing interior. Bought it primarily for farm use and towing trailers. However, after riding in the spacious cab my wife is now making plenty of travel plans for places we can take it.

So far this has been an excellent truck,it is a King Ranch with the 6.2 gas and 6 speed transmission. I love everything about this truck except for the fuel mileage, but you don't buy a truck like this for the fuel mileage.

2005 Ford F-250 review
I had an F-150 for 12 years that ran forever with over 150k on it. Unfortunately I was rear ended at high speed and bent the frame. I found my 2005 Ford F-250 Diesel a couple of weeks later. The pulling power is amazing, it does take some gas as mine is lifted but it looks amazing for a 2005. I have 134k on it and it has so much more to go. Keep it serviced and you will absolutely love this truck. I will not let her go until she does not drive anymore. My 6.0 Powerstroke is amazing. Remember to plug her in the winter and you will have no problems.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Again John Thank You ,Richard
2017 Ford F-250 review
Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

Bought a new Ford Escape from Tommy Shelley. Excellent to deal with and very happy with our new car! Rick Holland Evesborough Path The Villages, Florida
2025 Ford F-250 review
I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind. The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren’t working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!

I have both of my Fords serviced by Brandon Ford Quick Lane. Bought one of there new. I am pleased with the service I receive which is why I return there whenever service is needed. Besides, I believe there's nothing better than a dealer maintained vehicle. They know their cars better than the local garage. Is it convenient? Not always, but I trust Brandon Ford to do it right the first time, every time. My cars are 2011 and 2015. I haven't run into a refusal of service so I don't know what that's about. Maybe because its been routine maintenance. My Fords run great because of Brandon Ford. No one else will ever service them!

2000 Ford F-250 review
I bought mine new in 2000; been to western Canada several times; been south to Nashville numerous times; looked at new ones (2026); price points are quite substantial; am now having my truck completely rebuilt by a restorer; will pull and replace front end, cab and 8' box; the power train on my truck is absolutely bullet proof; also when I bought I looked for a manual transmission; glad I did: I had a small transport business and was used to manual transmissions; to do my restoration will cost anywhere from $22,000 to $25,000; if I bought a new truck the interest over time would probably be that amount; this truck has been absolutely phenomenal; trades people have asked to buy it from me and I said "NO" ... too good a truck to ever sell; when CHRISTMAS comes this year, 2026, will be one of the best gifts I have and will have ever received; GOD Bless, Randy

2020 Ford F-250 review
I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

2019 Ford F-250 review
The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.
