I wen into simotes apprehensive of buying a vehicle by myself, I went in and met with Derek.(who I highhhhhhly recommend) he was so accommodating, did not pressure me into buying anything, and even stayedafterwelll they closed to make sure my entire process was finalized and I was set. We had a great experience at Simote's. Our salesman Nick had the truck we were interested in ready for a test drive. We were able to take it out for a decent ride to check it out. Nick was very friendly and made us comfortable while we completed paperwork. He answered all of our questions and made sure that one small problem with the vehicle was taken care of. I have been shopping for months. I've looked at many lots a shopped for a variety of cars and trucks. Nick was a great salesman . He respectfully made me comfortable and was not pushy. There were a few small concerns about the vehicle and we worked together to make a deal on the purchase.It was a great car buying experience. Being a smaller lot with a great inventory made my two and a half hour drive worth the time. Great job to the whole staff!!
I had a great experience. Salesman, Terry was great to deal with. Not pushy at all. Do have a small issue with the service department. They replaced the brakes on my new-to-me SUV and did not install the haedware kit for the brakes. Overall, I would recommend Simote to anyone looking for a qaulity used car.
We are repeat customers. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country almost 2 years ago and had such a great experience with them that we went back for a Dodge Ram for my husband and I year ago in July. They make you feel very welcome and they don't bs you into a vehicle you didn't come for. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle in a few years!

A good customer service means a lot to me, and here I find a good customer service, the buying process was quick and cooperative, andthere were lots of good car to choose from. In future I will definitely consider Crase Auto dealers.

We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more different. We will come back to Rod Baker Ford again and highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Ryan in sales and Steve in finance. Both were very personable, answered questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. We never felt pushed, and we sincerely appreciate how careful Steve was when explaining every aspect of the financing, especially because at the other shifty dealership , that other finance person tried to cheat us in multiple ways so we had to triple check the math and have inflated charges removed. The interest rate we were given at Rod Baker Ford was 4 points lower than what the other dealership gave us, coming from the same lender and using the same credit score and a similar car price. Car buying can be a very stressful situation since it is such a huge purchase, and you really want to buy from people who are trustworthy. The staff at Rod Baker Ford are good people -- it's worth it to check them out even if it is a drive!
