Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Joe and Mazin did an amazing job in finding me my first car. Joe was able to get me the exact car I wanted within my budget quickly and without any issue. They were able to make things very easy for me and helped answer any questions I had. Great service, great guy, great dealership. Couldn't be happier!!
Craig, Todd, and Don B did an awesome job on my car. A tree branch fell on it so a lot of parts had to be replaced. Now my car looks like nothing ever happened to it! I had taken my vehicle to another dealership prior to this one. They kept the vehicle for nearly a week and said that couldn't do anything for me. I couldn't have received better service from Suburban Chrysler Jeep. They identified the issue and resolved it completely to my satisfaction. They went the extra mile and checked anything else which could have become an issue. I wish all of my dealings with dealerships were as positive as this one. I will take all of my business to them from this point forward. Cudos.
I had a awesome experience at this location with Gary K. I browsed several cars online , so I already had a list of what i wanted when I went in. Gary was friendly and very helpful in getting me what i want and let me test drive several cars before I chose what I want.
Mr. Christina kept in contact by phone or email constantly so that I knew where I was at every step of the process. He was extremely thorough when reviewing options, prices, and policies. His interpersonal skills are of the highest order, making for a more than pleasant experience. It is obvious that he takes pride in delivering what the customer wants. Mr. Christina is one of the best dealers out there, to be sure.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
