I just wanted to say that I called to speak to one of the salesmen. I spoke with Mr. Jolly! He was able to answer all of my questions and was very helpful! I know that I was all over the place with my questions and he was very patient and kind! I will definitely be using him to purchase my car in the near future!!
2014 Ford Focus review
2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

Schaumburg Motor Cars review
We had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. Ray was helpful, responsive, professional and polite. He was very transparent about all the used vehicles on the property. He did not rush us or push us to buy and allowed us to come to a decision that was best for our family. We chose a used car at a fair price. We have been very happy with it. We went back a month later with our adult son who decided to purchase his own used car there. He and we had an equally positive experience with the same dealer (Ray). I highly recommend this dealership. Many cars with a variety of prices to suit varying needs.

I have never had such a non stressful experience purchasing a car. No haggling, not pushy. I drove it and looked it over and asked for them to fix the sunroof. They did and I was out in my new Lincoln in an hour. Define tly recommend. Glad I came out here and looked too, because the competition is bad out there.

I had a great experience buying a van from Crossroads Used Cars. Mike was fantastic to work with—he even met me in Naperville to make the process easier, which I really appreciated. The van was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and a great deal. I just drove it back to Michigan without any issues. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and great service, I highly recommend Crossroads Used Cars!
