I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I have to put the good word out about this place: I was pleased with every aspect of this company. I was not having luck with any of the dealers I had worked with, but this place was able to help me. The approval process, service and repairs, and most of all the friendliness, straightforward and helpful and honest manner of Michael and all of the other employees that I encountered were all over the top. I have had my car for over two years and it is an excellent and reliable used car that has worked like a dream for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle!

My Focus has proven to be a very reliable and comfortable car. Unfortunately, Ford messed up the transmissions in some 2014 cars and this was one of them...Al Packer Ford took care of the problem and everything seems good so far...it's been over a year and 40,000 miles.
Overall I have been very happy with my 2014 Focus...total miles is now 140,000+ and there's many more to come!
We had a great experience buying a "slightly used" 2017 vehicle. Ed Kelly was our sales representative, and he went out of his way to make the experience a positive one. He took the time to show us several vehicles, and take them out for a test drive. Very personable and friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Really seemed to care! I'll be back, as will my family members. Thank you.

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
I know most people don't care about a dealers reviews its always about the price but as for me being a former Sales Mgr at a dealership for 10 yrs i know that reviews do matter it says a lot about whether a dealer cares about its customers or not thats why i traveled almost 2 hrs to Direct Auto team in Canton and driving by many many other dealers along the way. After arriving i was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone which gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car i even pulled over and spent about 20 minutes just looking things over and trying every button and lever to make sure they all worked.After getting back to the dealership i sat with Nick in sales and met Dimitry the Mgr who came over to introduce himself. All can say is the buying experience was great everyone was very friendly and i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I left there that day with a great deal and went home with the car i wanted.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! And i hope this review does matter!!!!!

I love my Focus; bought it new. It gets great gas mileage and has plenty of pep (stick shift). I have about 180,000 miles on it and have just had normal maintenance done on it. But, I'm seeing a lot of rust on it and am not happy with that. It seems to be an all around problem with Fords--so I will not buy another Ford again. Going to look at Honda's instead.
Stopped there last Wednesday. Vehicle advertised on the internet.
Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Lousy Transmission & Sound System

Have had this vehicle into the dealership multiple times with one clutch replacement. Still have issues due to the lousy transmission design. Now experiencing a loud crackling noise from the sound system where it is now unusable.
Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
Most well priced car I ever owned.

Great car for a first car. It was very reliable and i never had a large repair on it. Would recommend to anyone for inner city commuting.
Great dealership with a great sales rep Jon Lewis. Could not have asked for a better experience. Jon was extremely helpful in assisting me on picking the car I loved. There were a couple other dealerships and salesmen I had worked with prior to Jon, and neither had compared to the experience I had with Huggard & Ewing/Jon Lewis

The car is excellent for in-town driving and gets great gas mileage using flex fuel. Easy to handle and park. It has new tires which makes it feel like you are driving it new off the showroom floor.
I had an all-around great experience with my car purchase from Huggard & Ewing. Marvin Wells, my sales advisor, was a pleasure to work with - friendly and knowledgable, with a respectful, no-pressure sales attitude. The other team members were, likewise, always courteous. I highly recommend.

The car is stylish and, not to mention, my favorite color (Charcoal Gray). It’s roomy for a small vehicle and the trunk is nice and deep. Fuel efficiency is amazing. Handling is excellent!
I only drove 2 cars and knew the second was mine. Went to another dealer and was treated terrible. I went back and bought the car. Been treated great since by Marvin Wells, Susan, and Victoria. Thank you.

Car definitely meets my needs. Love everything about it. Had it for approximately 1 month. But its alot better than my last car. Everything in it works perfectly. The only problem I have with it, is that a piece of the interior door is loose.
Excellent experience I have very bad credit and was in need of a car Rachel the online sales rep was very helpful and arnesto the finance manager worked incredibly hard to get me into a nice car with low mileage never had such a great experience at a dealership ever will definitely be going back next time I need a car

This car is perfect! It has beautiful interior, white leather. With a bonus of heated seats. The gas mileage is terrific since I drive a lot. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a new one.
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.

The car does very well on gas as a daily driver, but if you want to have more fun sport mode really allows the car to handle and accelerate very well. The car is also very roomy and comfortable. I only regret buying one earlier
We have a number of vehicles and the service department never lets us down. Stephany is extremely friendly and knows the business, she make any service we need hassle free.
First and Great Car

First car ever owned. Specifically I have the Ford Focus 2018 1.0 Ecoboost. It’s automatic transmission and have great features for new drivers and has been really reliable. I plan on putting more miles on it and updating this but so far it’s been amazing. Only issue I have is I wish the lower end models still had Sync 3 as this car doesn’t support Apple CarPlay.
First time experience with Medway Auto was such a great encounter especially with Robert Hurley the Sales Rep. Overall experience with them is exceptional. The Service Department also did very good job on my car. A big thank you to you all.
My 2011 Ford Focus is been reliable.......

I traded my 2008 Toyota Corolla for This 2011 Ford focus this car has been wonderful great gas mileage I love the sync system and the Amber lighting it looks sporty I have the SES Edition heated seats a sunroof heated mirrors never had a little loaded car like this very surprised of the reliability of a Ford. Ford you did a great job on this generation Focus.
