I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.

Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. After three hours i walked out with a 2018 dodge charger. This is the fifth car my family has bought from Dick Scott and we will be back when we need a new.

My wife and I recently bought a Ford Flex from Taylor Ford. The reason we chose Taylor Ford is because in the course of monitoring various dealers in the area the dealership contact person was so helpful and professional that I had to call back. John Kovach was that person and two days later we drove off the lot in our car. I don't buy vehicles without doing the research so that said, we will return to Taylor Ford in the future. I had a great experience looking for a certified preowned vehicle. Aaron was a great help! He had a no haggle, no pressure, easy going approach. Within 2 minutes of arriving at the dealership, he greeted me and allowed me to test drive the vehicle i was interested in, and even allowed me to take it to my personal mechanic that works for a competing Ford dealership so that it could be checked over. He was very easy to work with. It made me feel like the entire process was solely my choice and decision without even a hint of pressure. He was willing to meet my needs as well as be very fair in the negotiation process. My wonderful experience didnt end with him. Everyone involved in the contract process was just as awesome and easy going to work with. This is would have to be my best experience to date in buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Taylor Ford and Aaron Pacheco if you are looking to purchase a vehicle! You will not be disappointed :)
