In the midst of a two month road trip east from Seattle while towing a camper, I realized the front brakes were in need of attention. My service adviser, Jeremy, worked to find the parts, which were not in stock at the dealer and had me on my way that evening. Crossing the Colorado Rockies wasn’t as nerve racking as it would have been. Really good communication by Jeremy and solid work by the mechanics.
